United states government has a plan that you may be able to register someone's name for them to qualify for green card. this is the green card lottery they call. every year they allow people to register and pay for the year which is 50 dollars and have someone's name in the drawing. however there is a deadline. I wanted to register my uncle. The deadline for this was November 2by noon. having this website email me and suggesting it and if you look at the website itself it lead me to believe it is the government but it is a private entity. I have disputing with hem to refund me the $50 and I have yet anyone contact me for the refund. I am asking for your help to intervene and help me with this injustice.Desired SettlementI would like total amount to be refunded to me ASAP.thank you

I want my money back.I recently registered at greencardlottery.org lifetime. I didn't finish the registration because I didn't want to pay and then not twenty minutes later even, some guy calls me and tells me he works for them and all out of the sudden I've given him my details and payed for a lifetime entry, but as I'm from [redacted] apparently we get a discount. So I didn't pay the full price.I later looked this up, both number and site and have a feeling it's all fake. So now I want my money back and every contact with this site to end, no matter if it's fake or not. I've tried reaching out on mail but no answers. So all I want now is my money back!Desired SettlementI want my money back on my card, which is 149 USD. Now, please. I purchased a unlimited Green Card application in February. I have called every month and no one answers the phone in Nevada. It is a scam.I purchased an unlimited Green Card application for my Nanny [redacted]. Her account is 420948. I called the online number but I get several people who cannot even say the correct business when I call. This is a complete scam as they said it was for 2016 when the actual Visa lottery is for 2017 and is FREE!!!!! I would like to have a full refund as I have emailed, called and no one in Nevada can seem to be reached.Desired SettlementFULL REFUNDBusiness Response [redacted],We are sorry for any inconvenience when attempting to contact us.As a courtesy, we have refunded the account in full. The confirmation number for the refund is [redacted]. The account was refunded on 10/28/2015.If you have any questions or concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at 1-206-577-9540.Thank you,Customer Care

I was applying for N-400 Citizenship and typed in [redacted] on the web browser and their website for "online application" came up. The website appeared as official website and put in my application. I fill out the application, unknown to me that they will be charging me $199.00 just for using the application form which were actually free on the [redacted] actual website. I paid the $200 because I thought it will be part of the $680 charges from [redacted] application.Product_Or_Service: N-400 formDesired SettlementI need my $200 back. The website did not do anything unusual except to provide the same form the [redacted] would provide. It still has to be sent via mail instead of applying "online" or submitting "online".

Dear Revdex.com,I've registered and payed a lifetime option of $300 in October 2006. I have not completed the registration for almost 10 years as my life has changed in so many directions.Nevertheless I've completed the 'registration' and it became suspicious that I cannot update my personal information (e-mail address and mobile number) in any way.I looked up the owner / other info of the website and realized that it seems to be a scam unfortunately as there are no proper contact information (just as on the website). They do not respond to my emails properly (only auto-response with no information) and from the dvlottery.stat.gov website it seems that this site is really is a fraud.I think that I got cheated and robbed even if I was not cautious enough to seek thorough information beforehand. The email address I registered with was [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Lifetime Green Card Lottery participationDesired SettlementI'd like to get 2 kinds of resolution:1. Refund of the sum I've paid as the service provider is unable to fulfill the service it promises (submission of application)2. Getting my personal data deleted from usagreencardlottery.org's database and from any of its affiliates too.Business Response As per our records customer did in fact pay the amount of $299 on August 8,2008. However, we did not receive photos to finish the process until 9/10/2015. At which point we did revise and finalize their submission and will be entered in the 2015 year lottery (confirmation number - [redacted]) At this point full services have been rendered and per our terms and conditions no refund is due. Nonetheless we can offer a partial refund along with a downgrade as the customer currently has a lifetime application. Please notify us if further information is required .Thank you.

The company claims that they provide service to enter the green card lottery. However, their story does not match because they claim that if you apply in 2016 by 2017 you can check if you have won. This is impossible since the closing date for 2017 was already in 2015.In the initial phone call I received the employee from the company acted as though he was an official government employee when this is not so. The company provides miselading information to lure people to give them their credit card number, take money from it and then not provide any service whatsoever. When I asked the company to state per email about the service they will provide, they replied to my email that I must call the company. It is obvious the company does not want to provide in written about the service they are providing since they provide none.Product_Or_Service: Enrty to the green card lotteryOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementSince no service is provided I want a full refund of the money.Business Response Dear [redacted] We apologize for the confusion encountered while accessing our website. We are an online application preparation and submission service. Our home page clearly states:"USA Green Card Organization is a private entity and is not affiliated with the U.S."A disclaimer can be found on the bottom of every page providing customers with this information. Dear Revdex.com,I have paid for a life-time greencard lottery application for 4 of my relatives in 2009, each $299.00. The last time these applicants were participating in greencard lottery in 2012. I accidentally found it out when one of my sisters contacted me in fall 2013, stating that they have stopped receiving notifications. Since fall of 2013, I literally have had a continuous fight with USAGREENCARDLOTTERY.ORG with restitution of some and refund for the other applications. To date, I have successfully reactivated one account, just recently (after I informed a division manager at USAGREENCARDLOTTERY.ORG that I has submitted a complaint to Revdex.com for a review) I immediately was refunded for another 2 applications. Next, I withdrew the Revdex.com complaint hoping that remaining one disputed account will be reinstituted as was repeatedly promised to me for preceding several months by a division manager. Unfortunately, as I withdrew my complaint from Revdex.com website last week, the manipulations and deceptions that have been taken place since last fall when I initially begin my attempts at resolving these disputes, have resumed its initial speed. Therefore, I demand a full refund for the remaining unresolved one account and apply to Revdex.com to help me in the pursuit for fair resolution of the issue.Product_Or_Service: online lifetime greencardlottery applicationAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementA full refund in the amount of $299.00.

Calls from numbers 702 726 9403 (Nevada) and 917 476 0131 (New York).
Foreign accent. They ask credit card details. This is fraud. Don't answer!!!!!","neg-1

The USA Green Card Lottery constantly calls me, and tries to get me to buy a service, or tells me that I have ordered something whereas I do not know what they are calling about. It is very frequent that they call, and annoy me. I don't know where they got my number or a made up name, but it has to stop","neg-2
