As previously stated, when the dumpster left our property, it was not even half full yet USA Hauling is insisting that the load was over the allotted weight I tried several times to resolve the situation with USA HaulingI felt I had no other alternative but to contact the RevDex.comIt was then that I received a call from *** at USA Hauling *** and I have had several conversations about my situationAt one point, he admitted that every once in a while a situation will come up where mistakes have been made and he stated that perhaps that was the situation with my case My husband and I are senior citizens and we did not want this situation to affect our credit ratingI still felt very strongly that we should not have to pay for a charge we did not incurI offered to pay $toward the billI received a voice mail message from *** stating that we should pay half the bill Although I strongly disagree with this settlement, I felt pressured and I had no recourse but to pay half the bill in order to keep my credit rating in good standing

Review: In December, we ordered a dumpster for roof removal. The dumpster contained one layer of roofing and some miscellaneous items. The dumpster was not even half full when it was picked up.

I received an invoice stating that there was a tonnage overage and that we owed an additional $236.80. There is no possible way that this dumpster could be over the allotted amount.

I called our roofing contractor, who recommend USA Hauling to us. He told us there was no way the dumpster was over tonnage and he told us we were getting "ripped off." This is a contractor

with an excellent reputation who has been in the business for over 30 years.Desired Settlement: I feel I am getting ripped off by this additional charge. I do not feel I should have to pay this additional invoice.
