Review: My father passed away March 26, 2015. I have been receiving letters from Mr. [redacted] since May wanting to purchase my father's home. I ignored the first and second letter received from Mr. [redacted]. Finally, on September 28th I received my 6th letter from Mr. [redacted], so I emailed him the very same day. My email:

On Sep 26, 2015, at 4:20 PM, [redacted] wrote:

Mr. [redacted],

Please stop sending me letters to purchase my home! To date, I have received 4-5 letters from you and I would suspect that the average person would have accepted my silence as a "thank you, but no thank you" at this point.

Mr. [redacted], I find your letters not only appalling but a bit morbid as well. Do you spend your days reading obituaries looking for married men, own their homes that have passed?

I can only trust that since you chose to ignore my silence that you will accept this email as a "thanks but please leave me alone" Any additional contact I will be forced to consider as harassment.

Hello,

I apologize for the mailings, I will remove your family from the mailing list, what is the address of the property? I will remove it immediately.

Yesterday, Oct. 6, I go through my mail and AGAIN AOTHER LETTER FROM MR, [redacted]!

I now consider Mr,. [redacted] and his business as a business that harasses, beats down people, WOMEN who have lost their spouse, parent, etc. to purchase their homes. Enough is enough! I cannot imagine how women much older than myself handle Mr. [redacted] and his harassing letters. I also wonder if some of these women feel they MUST sell their homes to Mr. [redacted] due to his consistent torment!

Enough is enough!

I thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: That Mr. [redacted] can no longer continue his consistent harassment on families that have lost a loved one just for the sake of purchasing their home; stop taking advantage of the state-of-mind of those dealing with loss. I believe Mr. [redacted] should only send 1-2 of his appalling letters to each family SUFFERING FROM THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE. I would also suggest that Mr. [redacted] stop bothering WOMEN suffering the loss of their husbands as most of those he contacts are SENIORS. Thank you

Review: I received a postcard in the mail from USA House Solutions statingWe urgently need to speak with you about our potential interest in the purchase of [redacted]. The expedite this please call this special phone on or before May 15, 2015. Please call asap. You can call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. This is totally unacceptable advertising. I thought this was a warning from an attorney or someone about a foreclosure on our home. We have no interest in selling our home and we are in no trouble that we would have to foreclose on our home.This is horrible. We are senior citizens and this totally alarmed the both of us. I think this kind of advertising should be stopped.Desired Settlement: We would like our name taken off of Mr. [redacted]'s list and for him never to bother us again with this kind of junk mail. This is not right and also to prevent anyone else from receiving this kind of mail. It is very misleading. I cannot believe they have an A+ rating.
