USA Impossible Project

I purchased a camera from Impossible Project that has issues with exposure and is tinting the filmThe camera is under warrantyWhen I contacted Impossible Project to resolve they quickly responded trying to address the issue by asking how the camera was being used and for examples of the issueThey also asked that I use more than one pack of film to ensure it was not a film issue ( each pack of film is 23.49) I provided examples of images and explained the settings they were taken in and the use of flash or no flashI explained that all images are not exposing correctly no matter the settingSide note: I have other products from this company and know what the film should look like Instead of addressing the issue they keep insisting that the photos look fine and it must be my flash setting

Review: This company sold me film that was defected. I emailed them several times to replace this bad film. The company made several excuses why I could not get a refund or a replacement for the defected film. The film cost me $65.00. I am very unhappy how I was treated by this company.
