At this time, I have been contacted directly by USA Industries regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Ordered from USA Industries and the parts were received in a timely manner. The parts came quicker than the estimated delivery date, which was nice. While the parts looked good, I ordered the wrong ones so I'll have to send them back.
Review: I ordered a Auto part and got the wrong thing ,so I sent it back and it's now been 2-3 weeks later, and I've called no answer, emailed no answer, this part cost me $130.00.I tried to order from them and couldn't, but went to [redacted] and got the same part for less, but the company still toke $5-6 dollars more off my visa card with out my consent, that's stealing" so I sent the wrong part back it's now in NY waiting for them to go and pick it up from the Post Office, it's a P.O.box address with the company name on it.???? while I'm waiting around with out my car broken down, not right" they can call, or something and tell me what's going on with it, so that's why I'm writing you and from the looks of things there not even in the system WOW" really" I hope this isn't fraud" that's a lot of money and I need my car fixed. ASAP so please can you help.Desired Settlement: or Refund something!
