I ordered a custom wood medallion on January 25th to be installed with new [redacted] wood floors. Not knowing much about the floors we ordered it at 3/4" thick. Our floor was delivered(from another vendor) and we found that flooring is actually 5/8" thick. Medallion was almost completed, but guys at USA Inlays sanded it down to 5/8" at no extra cost. Medallion is beautiful and we are so glad we went with those guys. Our installer had a question about the installation, installing on Sunday. Imagine my surprise when someone answered the phone and helped to answer installer's questions. Top grade service!

We bought a wood medallion from this company online 10/18/(Invoice#***) with a request to pick up it personally as we were having the people installed our floors in couple of daysWe were given an address the day of the pickupWe were told to meet that afternoon which was oddly at a post officeAfter arriving there and waiting for minutes we called only to find out we have to drive another hour from that location if we wanted our productAfter reaching their warehouse a crude and rude person met us who offered no apology and threaten to not give us the product since I mentioned that we cannot give a good review on the companyHe was abusive and simply did not careAnyways, finally I drove off as we had the hardwood installer waiting at homeThe medallion was not as intricate or color as vibrant as shown in the picturesTo make it worse we find out that the medallion did not fit the specification mentioned online or the templet provided with itSo now installer charged us extra money to install it as he had to make adjustmentsOver all we had a bad experience with this company who does not care about their customers or know anything about customer serviceI doubt they will stay in business for too long if this continues

Customer received the ordered product since filing complaintDelays were caused by force or nature with winter snowstorms and power outages delaying every orderFrom the
beginning we offered customer an option to cancel order and receive full refund or get something else available in stock
