I recently had interior drywall removed from a wall that faces the exterior of my house- only to find that USA Insulation missed an entire section installing the foam insulation. This makes me wonder where else it’s missing! I remember they even had an attitude about coming back out to check. DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY HAVE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT TO MAKE SURE ALL AREAS ARE INSULTED

According to Rich, he has attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] several times. We will continue to attempt to reach the customer and schedule a time to paint the exterior of the home.

I paid $6,200 to have USA Insulation inject foam insulation in my exterior walls and interior bedroom walls on April 2, 2014. The technicians insulated one of the walls twice, which resulted in the wall dramatically bulging into my son's bedroom. Two days later USA sent a contractor who removed a refrigerator sized piece of the wall, shaved off the excess foam, and replaced the drywall. I then had to buy a can of paint, sand and paint the wall myself. Two days after that I noticed a strong smell, removed the cover to one of the cold air returns and found the duct work filled with foam. I then removed the foam from the duct myself and and will have a professional come clean out all the duct work. The smell persists, especially in my son's room so I have moved him out of that room. USA insullation has told me all that they will do is pay for the air ducts to be cleaned out, but I have to call them with the invoice after its completed.
