on 8/15/we purchased an engine from usa international auto parts and repairs for $1,upon receiving said engine, it was determined to be damaged usa international was contacted several times talked to eddy,joe,luis, sandraand was told a replacement engine was in the process.we sent back bad engineshipped back to them on 10/09/for additional $ and waited and waited and called and called finally decided to dispute the charges with our bank bbva compass.we received funds then funds were disputed and now no contact is available with usa international for they have disconnected their phone and are no longer in business I find that this type of business is unprofessional and unexceptionable after several attempts were made to recover our money or product from this companyi feel a complaint is warranted and this company should be looked into for fraudupon googling this

Spoke to owner Eddie to buy a Toyota Tacoma engine on the 7th of AugustI paid the same day for the engine and shipping to my freight forwarder in Miami FloridaI called days after to see if engine was shipped he said the courier was going to pick it up the same day I spoke to himI called my shipping company to follow up and engine was not receivedI tried to call USA international auto from numerous numbers and no answer till this dayI filled a dispute with my bank days after I paidI am yet to get back my money
In a previous complaint there is no business at this address that has used auto partsJust a used car dealership no relationship at allThere are other addresses listed for this business which are houses phone numbers that are no longer in serviceI just want my money backShady business I would never recommend this place if my life depended on it
