USA Marble and Granite

Review: USA Marble & Granite installed new granite counter tops for me which were of poor quality. The mable is inferior and is pitted (all over).

My contact there, [redacted] sent one of his guys out after I contacted them about the issue however it took weeks for him to come out.

The service rep that he sent out agree and stated upon inspection that the counter tops were an issue (a mess to quote him) and that nothing could be done to fix them other than to replace them. The rep that came out to do the inspection advised me that [redacted] would be back in touch with me to resolve the issue.

After nearly two weeks and no call I contacted **. [redacted] only to have him repeatedly agrue with me that they do not guarentee the granite only their work despite the fact that they secure the granite for their jobs and the consumers have no dealing with the granite supplier/source. His only advise was for me to contact the granite supplier (to whom I've had no dealings with in that the agreement, work and payment was all with USA Marble & Granite). He then told me he was too busy to deal with me and hung up.

While I may never get this resolved, I'm hoping to do what I can to ensure other consumers do not fall victim to USA Marble & Granite's inferior products and services.Desired Settlement: The counter tops should be replaced so I receive what I paid for or a full refund should be granted so I can go to reputable company and replace the counter tops
