U.S.A Mini Storage

I have a storage unit, #[redacted], for which I pay $80.00 a month. The storage company sent me a bill dated March [redacted], for $280.00. As of March [redacted], I owed February and March rent plus $20.00 in late fees for both months for a total of $200.00. On March [redacted], I faxed the department of social services my storage bill for $280.00 which itemized the bill as follows: Feb- $100.00, Mar- $100.00, Apr- $80.00. I then called the owner of USA Mini Storage, "[redacted]", and informed him that social services would be paying my storage bill, which they had done for several months. On March [redacted], a supervisor at the Department of Social Services, a [redacted], called to inform me that she had completed the paper work and that a check for $280.00 was being sent to the storage company. On March[redacted] and [redacted], I called the storage company and spoke to "[redacted]" who confirmed that the company received the $280.00 payment. In an attempt to defraud myself and the department of social services, USA Mini Storage falsely claimed that I owed January's rent. When I informed them I had a receipt from the Department of Social Services showing that January's rent was paid, the company then falsely claimed that I owed $60.00 in auction fees for some unknown auction. I informed the company that they have been duly paid and this is clearly established by my receipts from the department of social services and by the storage company's own bills. Nevertheless, the company is attempting to steal April's rent and my property by now falsely claiming I owe April's rent. They are attempting to make up fees and variously falsely claim rent for either January or April so as to steal the $80.00 that the department of social services. further, they are trying to keep me behind in my rent so they can confiscate my property.
