Very unprofessional agent in St.Louis. Would not take time to talk with me on phone. Only text. Very rude. Didn't seem to know what he was doing. Had inaccurate information. Would not reccomend this agent.
I continually get letters that are covert in nature from this company. I have tried to contact DAS, in the past to opt out of their advertisements directly but to no avail. The number they give usually is a voicemail box asking for a good time to be reached. I had contacted the first company that they had deceptively leached themselves under to find out the nature of the Das Business itself. Now I am getting advertisements from Das again disguised as New York Life. I do not wish to do business with Das Acquistion nor do I wish to continue to be bated by them as they continue to disguise themselves under the umbrella of other companies! I want them to stop soliciting me!
Our company has been in contact with *** directly and explained that the advertisements he received were sent by an unaffiliated third party. The issue has been resolved. Should *** have any additional questions or concerns, our office can be reached at
Refinanced with this Company in 2015. They encumbered all of our property under the Home and 4 acres, which was all they agreed to refinance. We had 12 other acres we paid cash for and owned free and clear. We went to sell 4 acres and found out about the problem. DAS Acquisition drug us along for over 2 months saying they would help us refinance again and straighten the whole thing out. Two days before closing they said we were "Golden" on the loan side. On the day of closing, I called and they said we couldn't close, due to a receivables amount that they wouldn't use. News to us!!! When all along they had the info and said it was no problem. Then they came up with the idea that we would refinance and they would carry the note for 120 days and then we would refinance again. We were OK with that, but it had to be approved by the President of the Company. Apparently, the President said no. Then they wanted to turn us away and go back after ***, which is the Company that bought our loan. They also, began offering different Companies for us to work with and a lot higher rates. Their words, these are commonsense lending companies.
This whole time we were working with the VP, ***. I would like to forward my full written complaint. Please direct me on how I may forward. It has tons of information you will want to see.

Permit this correspondence to serve as confirmation of our receipt of the enclosed complaint from the Revdex.com concerning ***.
The complaint instructions requested a response within seven (7) calendar days of the letter, which is dated Tuesday, December 11, 2018. We are responding in the interest of complying with same, but because the complaint was received today, DAS Acquisition Company, LLC is not in a position to provide a complete response.
DAS Acquisition Company, LLC is requesting that *** provide his full written complaint, which he says he is happy to provide in his Customer Statement of Problem.
Additionally, DAS Acquisition Company, LLC requests Mr. Maxwell confirm that the mortgage has already been refinanced by another company, and that any issues with encumbrances discussed in *** complaint have been rectified as of the date of the complaint. *** responses to these questions are likely to influence our proposed course of action.
DAS Acquisition Company, LLC is requesting this information so that it may more fully evaluate the merits of *** claim and ensure that this matter ends with a fair and equitable resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe this person is their attorney. All he is wanting to do is bury me in paperwork, until I give up. They will also stand on the premise that I fulfilled my requirement with another Company and therefore have no complaint. I have submitted a full complaint and have been very complete with the facts. I do have all emails to back up my complaint and I am sure they do as well. I didn’t believe going through the Revdex.com would do any good, but their rating should certainly suffer. Now it is time to go for Public opinion through TV stations. Certainly send a copy of the file to all State and Congressional Representatives, along with a copy to the Attorney General’s Office.
