We attempted to refinance our home mortgage with [redacted] makes promises in reference to lowering of PMI, new payment amount, home appraisals and closing deadlines which are not true You will then receive paperwork that does not reflect what you were told by [redacted] Of course, you are never informed of any changes prior to receiving the paperwork and since you cannot get [redacted] to return any communication, you are left in the darkOnce the process is started, you never hear from [redacted] again He is unresponsive to emails and phone calls Of course you will receive the occasional text saying he is in a meeting and will contact as soon as possibleWhen and if he does contact you, he cannot even remember that he told you he was in a meeting His assistants have little to no knowledge of the industry and refer all questions to [redacted] who never returns a call At one point, [redacted] informed us that the process was taking months to close because they are not allowed to communicate in any way with underwriting After pushing for a timeline, we were informed that refinance clients do not take precedent over new home loans Four months into a simple re-finance, we received the closing paperwork in the mail The closing cost was three thousand dollars higher than originally agreed upon and our monthly mortgage payment was estimate to be increasing by $ Once again, attempts to contact [redacted] were unsuccessful I guess a $400K re-finance is not important I can only imagine how new home buyers or refinance loans, were the commission is less, are treated Four months for a simple refinance loan Enough said Everyone we interacted with from [redacted] to his support staff are unprofessional, lack industry knowledge and are of little use to the client

Once again, attempts to contact [redacted] were unsuccessful. I guess a $400K re-finance is not important. I can only imagine how new home buyers or refinance loans, were the commission is less, are treated.
