This response was received by Revdex.com from the company via phone.Cheryl called from business to say she pulled the consumer's title and mailed it out yesterday

This is in response to complaint done by [redacted] # [redacted] I will first start of by saying when Miss [redacted] returned we looked up the vehicle online and it was not advertisedWhen she came in she did not show us proof the vehicle was advertised at There is another [redacted] but not the one she purchasedBefore we have any customer sign their legal binding documents, we d whats called a four squareIt states "I will buy today if numbers are agreeable to the parties"Then it has a cross making four squares, it shows the value to a customers trade if they are trading a vehicle in, then the price of the vehicle, following with the down payment required and finishing with their monthly payments and added options such as gap and warrantyIn her case she had no trade, the vehicle was priced at plus tax, title, ect., he down payment was and her payments were She came back and stated She was not able to do no more than a monthSo in order for her payment to go lower we removed her warranty, which made her payment That was still too high for her so we lowered the priceFrom that we initially penciled it we lowered it to The four square is then signed by each customer before any other paperwork is signedShe signed meaning she was o.kwith all the numbers.We then took the down payment, and began to sign all the documentsWhen we sign the Buyers Order we explain all the numbersSo we told her sales price, gap, doc fees, taxes, title, license, and reg fees, minus her down payment what she will oweHe comment was "oh thats not bad".She had more than enough opportunities to bring up if any price discrepancies she felt(When we did the four square, and before signing the buyers order.)When she returned the next day she returned with her daughter and her brotherHer brother was nothing but rude to usSo after putting up with his disrespect and his rudeness we gave her the option to either keep the vehicle or leave itShe decided to keep itUsually lenders do not give customers a second auto loan when one is openTherefore when the manager stated she was lucky that is what he meant, that she was able to get into a second auto, and that we was able to work with her as far as her monthly payment wentIn no way shape or form did we disrespect or rob Miss [redacted] , on the flip side she did bring someone to our business who did and we still treated her and her daughter professionally

not the one she purchased. Before we have any customer sign their legal binding documents, we d whats called a four square. It states "I will buy today if numbers are agreeable to the parties". Then it has a cross making four squares, it shows the value to a customers trade if they are trading a vehicle in, then the price of the vehicle, following with the down payment required and finishing with their monthly payments and added options such as gap and warranty. In her case she had no trade, the vehicle was priced at 7885 plus tax, title, ect., he down payment was 800 and her payments were 296.21. She came back and stated She was not able to do no more than 250 a month. So in order for her payment to go lower we removed her warranty,  which made her payment 259.  That was still too high for her so we lowered the price. From 7885 that we initially penciled it we lowered it to 7385. The four square is then signed by each customer before any other paperwork is signed. She signed meaning she was o.k. with all the numbers.We then took the down payment, and began to sign all the documents. When we sign the Buyers Order we explain all the numbers.
