Replied to [redacted] ad. Took us to USA Motorcycle Traders. Sent $1000 by [redacted], only pmt they accept. Never rec'd item or refund.Replied to [redacted] ad for [redacted] Motorcycle. Reply link took us directly to USA Motorcycle Traders. No direct phone line, but initially had live Chat. [redacted] (name she used) and info on website. Had pictures of correct cycle, directions to send $1000 by using [redacted] scratch pin cards ONLY and sending pictures of those with pin showing. According to website and [redacted], upon receipt of $1000, motorcycle would be shipped within 3 days. The next day they came back and said it had "changed" and we'd have to send all money. I quoted them back and forth THEIR website specs, and they finally said they would go ahead and ship it next day. I realized later while still trusting them, and waiting for delivery of the motorcycle, that by that time they also "banned" me from their live Chat line. I could only use their email screen and they will not reply to that. NONE of the promises or guarantees on their website are true. It is all FRAUDULENT and a complete scam. It is a very convincing website, but it's all lies. Correspondence started March 8 and original delivery date was to be March 13. After their trying to get me to send all the money, tge delivery was to be March 16. At one point they said we'd receive down payment refund by cashier's check in 7 days. But, that too was a lie. The USA Motorcycle Traders Invoice Number is[redacted], and the stock number for the [redacted] Motorcycle is/was [redacted]. Their transaction ID # [redacted]. [redacted] us to know how to force them to make good on this sale. Would much prefer the motorcycle, as advertised, but our down payment red would enable us to hopefully did a legitimate sale where we could get the cycle. I have email copies of the Chat transcripts showing all of this--and more. Desired SettlementI want the [redacted] Motorcycle that I sent the down payment for in good faith. If it does not exist, and the ad was all a lie too, then I'd like my down payment back. I have also been in contact with [redacted] and they have taken the post down. USA Motorcycle Traders had posted it as for sale "by owner" in [redacted] area, and that was NOT TRUE either. They had posted colored pictures of that make, model, etc . motorcycle, ,but we did NOT receive it.

April 9, 2015 I emailed a [redacted] about a [redacted] for sale. The bike was listed for $6,000 and wanted some more information on it. I get a reply back on April 10, 2015 stating the bike is still available for sale. The company is USA Motor Consignment out of Raleigh North Carolina. They told me that they got a good deal on the bike thats why it was listed cheap. I figured maybe it was a repo or someone needed to sell it to get money. They stated they offer support by email or live chat if I needed to talk to someone or had questions. This is the website from them http:/[redacted] It also stated in the first email that I would have 10 days after it arrived to decide if I wanted to keep it or not and the shipping was included in the $6,000. They also stated that I would receive the item within four days after I made a down payment. http:/[redacted]. I still had to think about whether I wanted to get the bike or not. I was told that all the stuff would be included with the bike the title and registration. They would take care of the sale and title transfer. On April 13, 2015 I decide I want to go ahead and get the bike so I send information on what I need to do. They tell me ([redacted] and [redacted]) that I will get an invoice if I agree to their terms and I would get the bike in 4 to 5 business days. I am told that I need to send a $1,000 down payment and then the bike would be sent to me. I would then have 10 days to try the bike out before sending the rest of the money. And the bike is still under warranty until Sept 20, 2015. I tell them to go ahead and send me the invoice on the bike. I was thinking that I would need to get a personal loan from my bank before I could send the rest of the money to them. Then [redacted] emails me back and says that the Payment must be done through [redacted] cards not through [redacted] itself. I thought that was kind of odd needing to get prepaid cProduct_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementAll I want is the $3023.70 I spent on trying to get this bike. This is just what I spent as the down payment and the fees to purchase the cards.

This company scammed me and robbed me for my $2000 that I desperately needed. I supposedly purchased a motorcycle from this website that seemed thoroughly legitimate. Everything was very offical at first, and the company was communicating effectively until I sent them the full amount of money. I began discussing a motorcycle with them on march 11. It was a [redacted] Desired SettlementI gave this company $2000 for a red and black [redacted]. It had an inventory number and everything, along with an invoice after I made the payment. I sent them the full $2000 on 3/15/15 with 4 [redacted] my cash cards and received a confirmation that they received payment but not tracking number. After no response for several days, they finally sent me an email saying it got damaged in transit and isnt for sale but they were going to issue me a full refund. I received this email on 3/19/15. Here we are a month later and no sign of my bike or $2000 horrible scam and a huge mistake that I wish I would have never made.... I have emailed them everyday since because that was all the money I had. I need it back terribly!! I dont even care about the bike, I just need that money for rent and food!

I BOUGHT A DIRT BIKE FROM THEM AND DIRT DELIVER IT TO ME. ALSO NEVER CONTACT ME TO FOR THE DELIVER AND TO STAY CONTACT TO ME FOR TO GET MY MONEY BACK I BOUGHT A BIKE MAY 10TH STOCK NUMBER NEVER GOT IT OR HAD MY MONEY RETURN TO ME FROM PAYING THEM.Desired SettlementI just want my money back 2000.
