USA Motors is vehemently denying this claim for the following reasons. On August 31st 2017, *** *** came to our shop for simple oil change, nothing elseOne of our technicians with years of experience was available to do the oil as he has been doing it for so long*** *** paid his
service and leftOn November 25th or 26th 2017, ** *** called this office for blaming us that we didn't put oil to his vehicle after oil change, but he drove the car for almost three months which is impossibleIf there was low oil or not oil at all ( as he claimed) then the low oil indicator should have came up and clearly visibleWith our experience and different call we made to a different *** dealerships, it is confirmed that "No *** Vehicle can be driven without oil even five minutes." We Again denying this outrageous claim that we forgot to put an oil to his vehicle and yet had driven the vehicle for more than two months.Sincerely,DJ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]Obviously I am not an expert with cars. I go by what my dealership is telling. I just follow my car maintenance schedule and if there's a problem I call [redacted]. Since having my car back in 2013, I have always been on top of my car scheduled maintenance. My records will show that my car was in top shape right before I took it to USA Motors Inc. Points taken. The day I took my car to USA Motors Inc for an oil change, my car low oil pressure light flickered while driving that's when I knew I needed an oil change. I did drove the car for over two months after it was supposedly serviced by USA Motors Inc. If the oil change was done right, it should have lasted me at least more than 3 months. My car has 34624 miles when I got it towed to [redacted]. How would USA Motors Inc explain the sticker they put on my car which state to have my next service on December 30th, 2017 or 38400 miles? Again, my car does not burn oil or have any kind of leak. On top of that, I don't go to work everyday and I don't go out often. My car manual suggest to have the oil change interval at 7500 miles or 5000 miles at "normal" conditions. That is way too low for miles and months for oil to run out of my car. I don't know why the low oil indicator did not light on but the point I'm trying to make is why there's no oil in the car when it should have? I truly believe USA Motors Inc did not put oil in my car and that the oil I had managed to get me through the day (two months or so after supposedly serviced by USA Motors INC) I got my car towed to [redacted].Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

Review: Watch out the Shark!!!This complaint is regarding the Credit Card service rendered by USA Motors Inc. in the month of September. The DCTC (District of Columbia Taxi Cab Commission) required all taxis in the District of Columbia to have a credit card machine until the end of September otherwise any cab which does not comply with the new regulation will be ticketed and the cab will be towed. It makes sense because prior to that most of the DC cab drivers did not accept credit cards and created a problem for customers who do not have cash. After scrambling to meet the deadline and having the credit card service installed by USA motors INC. which is one of the companies approved by DCTC, however, on October 29, 2013 the USA Motors company sent an email saying that the contract between the company and [redacted] will be terminated by the end of the month of November 2013. After spending $ 500.00 plus to have the credit card system installed the USA Motors Inc. finally told us to have another company for the credit card service and they gave a 3 day ultimatum to register and schedule for installing the new machine November 30, 2013 with no installation costs it says. They give this tight deadline deliberately so that the cab drivers do not have time to ask the cost associated with the installation of the new system. After the installment they will come up with excuses and burden the cab drivers with a lot of fees. I have never seen this kind of organized robbery that is allowed to happen under the watch of DCTC. DCTC always advocates that it would like to regulate the cab industry which is fine. However, the scammers and day light robbers are allowed to commit this kind of heinous scam and taken no action. From the very beginning a lot of cab drivers voiced their concern about the price for installing the machine and DCTC turned a blind eye and let this happen. Now, I know there will be a lot of finger pointing in the next few days or weeks. The bottom line is who will refund us the costly expenses that we incurred for the failed credit card system? I would like the federal investigative unit to investigate the money that was collected by USA Motors i.e., about half a million USD for this failed credit card system and DCTC for allowing/giving a go ahead to install prior to making sure the system is tested good. Otherwise to my mind it is an organized and ruthless scam that was done through a sweet deal. I attached my expense invoice and termination of contract email from USA Motors Inc.Thanks,Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded in the amount of $588.28.
