I have so many complaints first, they came to pick up furniture at 8PM, and of course couldn't get it all done Low ball bid, driver said he would have to double the amtto get my things on the vanYet looking at the list I provided for the "estimate", no additional things were added They ended up taking only HALF of my belongings, and charged me and extra thousand dollars I drove across country, got in my new house and waited, and waited, and waited I called several times, and kept getting put off They never once called me to tell me what was going on with my load weeks later, I am still waiting for my furniture to arrive'This company's practice is so unacceptable to me, I regret the day I made that phone call Hopefully this will help you from making the same mistake
We could not have had a better moving experience with USA Moving The owner, Jerry, was accommodating in every way and his office was extremely efficient The movers were amazing - these guys worked ceaselessly all day and did it with a smile They were careful with each and every item of ours, whether it was something precious or a rake If moving can ever be a pleasant experience, Jerry and his staff worked to make it so We would highly recommend them
I was highly impressed with the level of skill and professionalism exhibited by the USA Moving & Storage Team The team of movers worked quickly and efficiently to move my two bedroom apartment and foot grand piano down two flights of stairs and safely to the new address The team went above and beyond my expectations by ensuring that I was aware of historical damage to the body of the piano prior to the move and completing the job without incident The hourly charges for the local move were well explained, without any surprises or hidden fees I highly recommend their services and will be a repeat customer upon my next relocation
Best move I’ve EVER had. Everything about USA Moving and Storage was great. Every step of the way. The owner Jerry gave me an accurate estimate. The final bill was even UNDER the estimate. The movers were perfect… punctual, incredibly careful, hard working - I had to push them to stop for a minute to drink [redacted] or water – it was hot. Santiago & Miguel… and the rest of their guys… were kind and communicative. We started with a walk through (I’d labeled some things not to take and just mentioned others) and it perfect. Day One packing. Day Two load and move to an elevator condo. I have a great deal of family memorabilia and they were so respectful of its importance to me. I know that I couldn’t have packed things as well myself. Before they were even finished I was emailing friends to use them! These guys make what is typically stressful into a positive, productive, even fun, experience.
