USA Nails and Tanning

We were clear when we accepted this job that it would be fitted in between the jobs we were and are committed to That was the agreement from the start [redacted] did the plans that Mr [redacted] summited to the HOA for approval We have all the emails from Mr*** He notified us that he got the HOA approval on Nov 14, however he did not put the check in the mail until Nov.19/ We actually received it on Nov29/ The material was a special order materials and was ordered through Nuttle Lumber company Because of the holidays, we were actually able to cancel the order before it was shipped on Jan 2/and of course you can't do the work without the material Also we were coming into frozen ground and you cannot dig footers MR [redacted] states that he only had days to start job per HOA, but it was actually months, contact person [redacted] for HOA [redacted] contacted Mr [redacted] on 12/29/to tell him we would get there as soon as we could, he went crazy and started calling and leaving messages with foul language late on the Friday on New Years week end We did not respond because we though he may have been drinking and it was well after business hours After foul text message we decided to send a simple text stating that on next business day, 01/02/I would send him a release of contract and a refund See attached [redacted]
