USA One Funding Group

Review: I applied for a commercial loan from this company. I was required to put a deposit down of 10%, which I completed the request. Everything seem to be moving along. Until 08-08-2013, the company server was not accepting any emails. The company phone number is now disconnected as well. I have a contract guaranteeing a full refund if the loan does not close. Dan Jackson, who I believe is the owner know my situation and he took advantage. I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $7500.00

Review: I am opening a food truck business and I was introduced to [redacted] through the a food truck builder for financing of the build of the truck. [redacted] at USA 1 Funding took my application and started the loan process. [redacted] told us that we had been approved for a loan to purchase the food truck. The requirement for the loan approval was that I would put down $15,000 of the monies needed for the purchase of the food truck. $7,500 was due upon signing the agreement to move forward. This deposit was fully refundable if the loan was able to be approved for any reason. The loan was not approved after Dan assured my business that it was approved. Now 31 days after sending [redacted] $7500 for the deposit, he has not returned the monies as agreed in the signed agreement. USA 1 Funding will not return phones calls or any other correspondence concerning the monies refunded. I have given USA 1 Funding a 5 day notice to pay and [redacted] responded yes to returning the monies but has yet to follow through on returning any monies.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that USA 1 Funding Group fully refund the $7500 deposit as requested in the signed agreement.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I apply with USA1 funding for an auto loan. The auto loan did not approved I paid $2,805.00. It has been six months and Mr.Dan Jackson has been giving me the run around. first I was told IRS would be mailing my checque which I find very weird, Then I was told I would receive it by the weekend which I have heard for so many months now. He has not been picking up on my phone calls or returning my calls. he kept ignoring my email. a contract was signed stating if the deal did not go through I would be refunded fully.Desired Settlement: full refund and interest
