amThe email address is not an address that is normally monitored for customer service issues which caused a delay in our responseWe did respond the following Monday, December 4, at 8:amTimely responses are a priority for us and in this case our response time was business daysThe customer sent a second email on Saturday, Dec 2, 2017, however we are closed over the weekend and are unable to provide customer support on Saturday or SundayA customer service representative reached out to the customer a second time on December 4, with more detailed information regarding this matterThe customer was informed about our our return policy and provided instructions on how to return the product for a credit.We do state on our packaging that the racks are made in China and therefore have not intentionally tried to mislead our customers in anyway, (see attached photo of the back of our packaging) This was simply an oversight when the copy was submitted to our website developerOur website underwent a major redesign and was launched in October The racks were added to the website in December after the bulk of our items were uploaded and the error was not caught during our editing processWe have since, rectified this situation and have included language on our website product descriptions which clearly state that the racks are imported(See attached screen shots from our website)We will reach out to the customer to resolve this issue.Sincerely,Michelle M*** Director of Retail Business

It was made quite clear to me by Samantha that it was not an oversight on their part it was policy, if it was made in the USA it clearly stated it and if it was imported it just didn't say anything.Would be nice if companies would just own their business practices instead of putting a "spin" on them.  Also would be nice if companies wouldn't require going through the Revdex.com to get good customer service.They have now changed their website to say it's imported and that's what I was requesting.  So this resolution to complaint ID [redacted] is satisfactory to me.
