I did work for the customer and she wanted me to do more work that she was willing to pay forAll the work I did was done property and she constantly called asking me to do more work but did not have the money to cover the cost

There was dirt in the outside drain trapWe explained that dirt and other debris clogged it and we tried to cable it but due to the clog I did not want to damage your drain or our equipmentI explained what other options you may haveI worked for about 1/hours and we charged $but reduced
it to $I was not able to provide an invoiceWe are not able to provide a refund

a lieI did not ask Mr*** to do more projects it my home I simple asked him to complete the work the that I had already paid forI am attaching photos of some of project that he was paid to do and not one of them is complete or completed correctlyI can not attach all of them however I do have pictures of everything

I did the plumbing stack, knocked down the whole bathroom, I scraped the paint from the kitchen, I put silicone caulk around the outside of her home due to water leakingI did a gas leak test, I took out the remainder of the old copper pipe(the home had been vandalized previously and the copper pipe plumbing was missing) This was all done for $I did one project at a time and once she was satisfied I moved on tho the next jobOut of the $I paid for the materials and paid my assistantsThis was the customer's first house and seemed she bit off more than she could chewI did not turn a profit on this jobI made the mistake of getting too friendly with the customerI apologize for her inconvenience but I cannot give any money backThis work was done a year ago and if she was not happy with the work we should have addressed it at the time it was completed

And it was for the drain assembly under the kitchen sink, but she wanted me to install a garbage disposal and run a sink down her line. I told her I couldn’t do this for $200. I installed the drain but her sink was still stopped up. I told her it would be an additional $to fix
the sink. I said how we have an invoice at the agreed upon job. She gave us a $check which was supposed to be $which she didn’t want to pay. She made sure she ran the water in the kitchen lines before we even left. She ran the water in the sink and saw it wasn’t going down and the sink was stopped up. She would need to pay more for us to do the extra work for her
