Frank B[redacted] at USA Plumbing Big Blue Truck Big Red Letters RIPPED me off for $1000.00 on a deposit I made with him. I went and got two more bids AFTER I gave him deposit, (Big Mistake) The bids were for about $650.00 two thirds less than his $1800.00. I asked for my deposit back. Basically told me to &%#@ off.Took him to court and he LIED straight to Judge Freitas' face and skated free. DO NOT do Business with this Thief and Please Pass the word.. We have enough problems, Most thieves we do not know. This one we do. Hiring this sg keeps him on Island longer to rip off more people. We here on Island No need sg like this.

Has repaired our water system twice...both on the weekend as emergency call-outs. He is friendly, knowledgeable of water catchment pump/systems, and very reasonable in price. We keep his phone # handy, because in emergencies he is quick to respond.
