I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: USA Pools winterized my outdoor spa last Fall and I contracted for them to open it this Spring - I paid in full earlier this year for the service. When they came out to open the spa, they discovered a part had broken due to water that had not been fully drained which in turn cracked and broke the part during the Winter freeze. For 6 weeks they have repeatedly told me the replacement part is coming in a day or 2 and they will be out to fix it, but they never show and never reach out to me to let me know why. Each week I call back to check in and I receive the same story. [redacted] (the owner) even told me this directly via phone on July 1st. It is now mid summer and I still can not use my spa. I have asked to speak directly to [redacted] twice in the last week and he will not return my call. So at this point I have no choice but to file a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I simply want USA Pools to respond to my inquiry, the spa fixed so I can use it, and the services delivered that I have paid for.
