Review: Plasma Cutter 50AMP CUT50 Inverter 220V Voltage Item # [redacted]Aug 14, 2013 $284.92 USD The plasma stopped cutting and I'm still under warranty. I would like to troubleshoot more but No O/C light or anything. Fan turns on air blows at 60-70psi, but the arc is weak and wont cut it looks like a spark plug spark. The unit has maybe been used 6 times and the power wired to it was professionally installed by an electrician on a 50amp breaker. please help me out I want to use it on some hobby projects asap and I know there is a warranty but I need to know what I can do before we have to ship back for repair and what not.Above is my 3rd attempt to contact the seller on the repair or replacement of the plasma cutter. On the website it says 1year warranty on all labor and parts. Unfortunately all the other people that have purchased from this seller have been taken to the cleaners. The contact information changes from this seller several times a year so its very hard to track.with appreciation,chaseDesired Settlement: I just want a replacement or repair done on my machine. I would even be happy to just speak to the seller about getting it repaired locally so that we can build a good relationship and maybe encourage this product and get a good review in the great NorthWest.

Review: I purchased a meat slicer from this company back in November 2013, when it arrived it was damaged. I called them and they said send it back fully insured. Which I did through our local UPS store. When they received it they said it was damaged and that in order for me to get my refund I would have to notify UPS. When I did UPS said they have to go to USAPROVIDERSINC and inspect the package before a refund can be issued. Both UPS and I have called several times and left voice mails only to have them ignored. They never responded to UPS's phone calls to try and setup and appointment so UPS can inspect the package and issue my refund. They have responded to one of my e-mails stating that UPS never contacted them. This is not true I was in our local UPS when they called and left a voice mail. I feel this is a terrible way conduct a business and it should be corrected. Thanks for all your help. Review: We purchased a Colossal 60D Plasma Cutter advertised with a 1 year warranty on January 13, 2013. It did not work upon receiving, we contacted USA and through email and our repairing the the product finally got it to work. We have only used it a few times and 2 weeks ago tried to use it and it will not work. We have tried contacting the company. They will not return our emails and the phone number has changed or the number we have is a fax. This company sells on Ebay, which is where we purchased the cutter. We tried contacting them through Ebay and they have blocked us from contact. This company apparently does not stand behind their product and I would advise everyone NOT to purchase from this company.The plasma cutter price was $399.99 plus $59.99 shipping a total of $459.98 we were out of pocket.Desired Settlement: We want our money returned or a replacement that works. It would be nice if the company would respond, we needed their assistance and was willing to work them to get the cutter operating again.We purchased from them in good faith.
