Review: I am a disabled, retired teacher. I was at the Washington State fair in Puyallup, WA. After telling the salesman that I would test this product, I purchased this product after questioning the salesman very carefully about the products being able to reduce the pain I was feeling in my elbows. He told me specifically that these 5 products would help me and my partner, [redacted], with the pain both of us were having. After testing them for three days like I agreed to do, we discovered there was absolutely nothing being done to reduce our pain by any of these products that cost me $140.00 plus tax. So, we returned to the Puyallup Fair, where we had purchased them to the same saleasman, [redacted], who had sold them to us. He said we had to contact the business: [redacted] at [redacted] in order to return the product and to get my money returned. So, I called this company at [redacted]. four times and left my information. No one ever replied. So, I called the Management Office at [redacted] at the Fair to voice my complaint twice with nothing being done by them either, except for them to give me another number, [redacted], to call, which has been disconnected. So, I called the Revdex.com and the agent tried to locate this company in Idaho. It is simply a phone message system for a company that is located somewhere in California. And that is why I am hoping that this complaint will result in something being done. Please help. Thank you. Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want all of my $140.00 plus tax returned to me because this is simply a bogus product that really does not work at all. This company is simply duping the public with false claims that are not true. Both myself and my partner, [redacted], bought this product in good faith with the stipulation that we would test the product to see if it did work. After three days we returned the product because there was absolutely no reduction in pain.
