I am rejecting this response because: This is a bold face lie first off I was at work when this happened I did not sign anything a receipt was given to my husband and I never asked for money until I had to replace the part I asked him to come to look at it and he refused he wanted me to drive minutes away for something they broke and I was not okay with that When I first called I talked to the dispatcher times and was promised a call back never got oneI had to call over and over to get a response from him and then he was very rude and yelled at me and to my husbandHe is the poorest excuse for a owner / manager I have ever encountered and I would never recommend someone as unprofessional as him and the dispatchers working for himTerrible manners and terrible serviceI am pretty sure that this self proclaimed owner was behind his self made awards he supposedly has to back up their service with a smile more like a disgrace and a waste of space

Review: The problem began when there was a flat on my 2002 [redacted] I called my roadside assistance they then dispatched USA roadside services to come and assist the flat. They removed the spare then put the flat in the back seat the next day we took the flat to be fixed when the tire company went to put the spare back they said it wasn't rolled completely and showed us it was jammed I called roadside service from my insurance and got USA roadside number then I called and explained to the dispatcher what happened he said they would call in an hour they did not I called 2 hrs later and the same dispatcher said that the Manger would call in the morning then did not here from the Manger so I called at won on my lunch he wanted to know exactly what happened so I said I will call after work and explain everything to him so I talked to the tire company to ask how it was jammed they explained it was not rolled all the ways and was left jammed so I told the manager he said to drive over to rancho Cordova so he can see it tire companies don't know what they are talking about I said I am not spending all that gas money to repair something they broke he needs to come fix it or pay for the gas to drive over there he starts yelling at me saying his guy isn't responsible for anything he is not sending anyone over I said why are you screaming at me who is the supervisor of you he said I am I own this company I asked what was his name he refused and told me he wasn't doing anything I told him he was very rude and I would file a complaint with my insurance he said do whatever you want I don't care and hung up I then reported him to my insurance and now to Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I would like the refund of 75.00 to have the part replaced and installed from the company which is the cost of parts and labor I was charged

Business states that they rendered services the customer was charged for. The driver for the business is not responsible for the damage to the vehicle. Business offered to look at the vehicle and look at the damage even though she had signed the release stating the business will not be held responsible for any incurred damage. The driver followed proper procedures and there was no damage done. Consumer refused to bring vehicle to the shop, was very uncooperative and was only asking for gas money. After all of this, her own insurance company then investigated the situation and determined the business was not at fault. This business has been in operation for 4 years, takes pride in their work, and has the awards to show it.

I had to call over and over to get a response from him and then he was very rude and yelled at me and to my husband. He is the poorest excuse for a owner / manager I have ever encountered and I would never recommend someone as unprofessional as him and the dispatchers working for him. Terrible manners and terrible service.
