I can provide copies of [redacted] **'s contracts and proof that all the work was completed prior to his complaint USA ROOF MASTERS is not perfect but we strive to complete all work at a high level and work with our customers I can also provide emails between myself, [redacted] and his "neighbor friend" His neighbor friend looks out for [redacted] and she was very helpful in helping communication between us and [redacted] ** She stAted in multiple emails thar we were very helpful to [redacted] ** Also keep in mind this was insurance work and we debated with his insurance company for over a year on getting [redacted] what he deserves at no charge I repeat we did NOT charge any money for working with his insurance company We went above and beyond [redacted] **'s contract and concerns because he reported multiple times "I do not have a way to get around." Just a few things we did for NO CHARGE include the following -purchasing and planting grass seed because he was unable too-going in his attic to take pictures confirming his attic fan was plugged in -debating with his insurance company (no charge) to pay for his siding which we did one side "at cost" for zero profit - [redacted] once called three times in day to tell me his shutter was looseI have no problem submitting our contracts and prices and comparable you can see they are below industry pricing standard [redacted] gets confused at times and has repeatedly badgered and disrespected my employees but my employees have never disrespected him and I have this documented in an email from his neighbor friend how well we dealt with his badgering The complaint in question yes we did not get back to him right away but we are not perfect We went out and fixed the complaint In addition to that we tightened his shutters againALSO [redacted] OWED US $ I told him to keep it for the inconvenience and [redacted] [redacted] will confirm this [redacted] **'s complete is falsified slander against our company It was not easy working with [redacted] but I am glad we were able to help him and I am proud of our work Bob K [redacted] Production Manager USA ROOF MASTERS
