Ordered fruit trees and blueberry plants, that arrived in poor condition, did not grow, I cannot get in contact with the company to honor th I ordered fruit trees and blueberry plants on Mar21, The plants arrived, finally, but were dried up and though I planted them as per their instructions, the trees were apparently dead when they arrived (I don't think tree was what I ordered) the blueberries did leaf, but did not survive this winter I know it is only about $55, but I payed the money with the expectation of getting what I paid for! I have tried for months to contact the company through the their website and by phone with no success Their website has not worked for a while

When you run into an operation that gives you quality for the dollar, it's good to spread the word As it turns out, it's also important to let others know when the product or serviceis subpar I couldn't recommend USA Seed Store to anyone The strawberries I ordered were not the correct ordered quantity, but that did not make a difference because none of them were viable--none produced leaves or grew in any way visable The conditions were good, other strawberries I transplanted all lived, but this was a waste of money They will replace the bad product for 75% off the original price: you spend more for further dead plants They do not respond to queries about a refund

My order had not arrived after 30 days. I asked for a refund and was refused. They wanted to send me replacements. After ideal planting time. They have a no refund on damaged or dead trees and I said since I had received nothing there was no exchange of any trees. Not a company anyone should do business with.
