account and you are not past due at this time. I have attached a copy of your loan snapshot as proof that you are current. I show a payment on 8/17 from check # [redacted] for the amount of $254.99 as well as a money order for $165.00 posted on that date. Your account shows two more payments for $75.50 that were posted on 9/20 and 10/6. All these dates are for the year 2016. The new website you need to review your account is [redacted] You can just copy and paste to your browser. I have emailed your login information in a separate email since this will be sent to the Revdex.com as well and I do not wish to breach your privacy in that manner. We have your bank information suspended since you mail in your semi-monthly payments and the one time we ran your payment for 06/15 payment, we had just switched over to the new updated software and your account wasn’t updated. That money order you mailed in was added for your next payment for 7/1. I would appreciate your understanding and wish that you would have contacted me directly to help you with your account instead of filing a complaint. Response:The CSR that sent the customer the email stating that a payment was missed and spoke with the customers when she called is a long time employee and has never had any complaints for rudeness. She actually trains all new CSRs on every aspect of their job including phone etiquette. Customers...

original contract was signed on 5/3/2016 with the first payment scheduled for 7/1/2016. The customer called in and stated that she would not be able to make payments until November. We noted her account and only charges her one late fee but interest did accrue. She started payments on 11/8/2016 and that first payment went towards four months of back interest which put her behind on principal. We received a payment in December. January's payment was returned NSF. We received payment in February that went toward January's payment. We received payment in March that went toward February's payment. The customer has been behind on principal since the first payment and has one $25 NSF fee for the January returned payment and has received late fees for each month since the January payment was returned. Any reporting to credit bureaus will continue until customer has account up to date. All payments have been looked into and there were no changes to be made. The customer has copy of signed contract
