USA SIMS

I ordered a SIM card plus a 30 day cellular and data package from this company.They did post the SIM card but when I was unable to activate they were nowhere to be found.I arrived in the USA on 30 August 2014 and I have left messages for them, sent emails and tried to Skype to no avail. I ended up having to go to the company that sold the sim card to USA sims to activate the service, forcing me to pay again.
