By far the worse experience I've ever enduredThis is the third place I've lived my entire life and the staff are rude and unhelpful It's low income but yet they charge for everything They use your money to make the outside of the complex look nice and the front office to pull people in, but the inside of the apts are run down And if you have problems with your appliances , they give you old appliances from another apt They will never work with you and corporate will never return your calls

Let me start by saying that I love my apartment, I have not have any experience or issue that was not resolved in ample timeI am upset, because I moved to [redacted] because I was getting out of a abusive relationshipI applied the day after I was beat up and bruised by the man I was suppose to marryThe approval was like a light and the end of a tunnelI am now trying to move to the Brandon area, because I am seeking to obtain a better job and stability for myself and three kidsI am disappointed by their transfer process, I was told by one location that Concord is like a family and I can transfer with easeSo I found a place that was closer to where I was wanting to be and job areaI was told by that property manager that my application would be denied because I am leaving in the middle of my leaseEven though I was willing to forfeit my deposit and pay the difference of the two months termination feeI don't feel I should have to do that as a current tenant that has paid an application fee, I have paid on time always and is a great tenantIt seems that Concord is all about the money and not taking care of their current tenants that want to stay with the company and keep my money In the companyI was also told by the same property manager thatbI am better off applying at other properties, because they are going to deny my application and just keep my moneyThis is so not fairI just want to transfer, and stay with the company that I thought provided me hope out of a bad situation

HMMMMwhere do I startFirst off I have never seen such blatant disrespect and disregard for their residents [redacted] "Upper management is the worst [redacted] disrespects the residents in front of her employees and thinks nothing of itI have called the corporate office on other issues and did not receive a call until 1-weeks laterEvery time you discuss a complaint or problem with them the first thing they do is reverse the issue back to youI was told legally they have "DAYS" to return my security deposit and then I went into the Fountains at Millenia office and spoke to [redacted] and was "told I cannot help you and you will get it when you get it" in front of her employees and in front of guest and residentsI was livid but that's totally expected when you are spoken to in the mannerisms and sarcasm that is being projectedI was being helped by one of their concerned employees and was told that "if she were them she wouldn't have called accounting and I would've had to wait." And because I was expressing that I wished to have her boss bosses email and phone number " [redacted] stated to [redacted] OHHH shes getting on my nerves tell her you cannot help her and nooo nooo I will not be giving her that information and they just laughed away as though her behavior as upper management was expectable and she had just scored a few points [redacted] and [redacted] behavior is just unacceptable and I cannot even begin to understand why concord management allows them to behave this wayConcord management has various lawsuits against them along with blogs and books of negative feedbackI transferred to The Villages and I have only been here month and I am ready to goI have pictures of huge bugs botched repair jobs and I live below the neighbors from HELL!! The lady has children I have HUGE roaches crawling out of my vents they run from sun up to sun down I left messages with the courtesy officer because I was told by MrsRude [redacted] that I need to have 2nd and 3rd party witnesses that this ladies kids are running non stop yet I can never get the residents office on the phone nor the courtesy officer so It seems like my attempts to resolve this problem is falling on death earsI am going to research and send pictures and my letter of grievance to the top of their companyIf I have to write fax or send a letter everyday to the top I willThis company and the way they treat and the conditions of these apartments needs to be recognized and I will do what is needed to make sure something is doneI was bitten by a spider and I am expecting spoke to the residents office and also to [redacted] and was told " I probably brought the spider in" Which threw me for a complete loopI cannot believe how they handle matters and the things they say as well as how they reverse everything on the residentThe Villages is like the "projects" it is dirty feces in the walk way neighbors all over the place loitering cigarette butts and I could go on and but I will be sending a letter along with my pictures and statements that my guest have seen and encountered here at the villagesIt is sad that I am so ashamed that I cant even have visitors over because of how the property presentsI will be breaking my lease and moving shortly and I never want to live anywhere that concord manages

Concord offers an affordable comunities, varieties, amenities and much moreThey really get all your attention to get your moneyWhat they don't tell you is all the ridiculous and hidden fee's they add thru your yearly contracts Most comunities charge you $parking space even though their are assigned; they're always occupied by visitors $Pet fee +$pet deposit although your paying so much money, they looking for minimal pet hair to avoid returning you pet deposit$rent online payment processing fee because they refuse to take cash or check at the leasing officeBetter yet you can pay at Walmart, Check cashing place of course you avoid Concord rent fee but you have to pay a fee to those locations If you contact the leasing office THEY never pick up the phone because only one employee working at all times and office always busy because unsatisfied customersLastly your rent keeps going up due to cost of leavingIf you rent be aware that whatever amount they tell you on your contract it's going go up

We have been residents here for over a year The hot tub has been non functional for months, despite reporting it Always " the part is in order" The yard work is horrific and infrequent, at one point the grass was knee high when they were " between companies"We pay extra for a view of the fountain with a lightsometimes the fountain works and sometimes it goes months without working and the light hasn't worked for months You pay almost $a month for an office staff who is rude, second rate dented appliances that are inefficient Don't move here!!!!!!

Where can I start well first I've lived [redacted] Apts and they were ok in keeping everything together and tending to us when needed, I needed a bigger apartment so I moved to [redacted] apt. Now in the begging of the process they never let us see the Apts cause they didn't know when it will be ready, then miraculously they were ready day before move in and on move in that's when we got to see the apartment, I feel taken advantage of because they knew we had nowhere to go so we had no choice to take the apartment. Now upon inspection we gave them a long list of thing that were wrong and they came and fixed the easy stuff and we still waiting for other things to be done. Now the fixing of the apartment was half asset in stead of replacing stuff they painted over it. We complain about our bathroom door looking like a dog was chewing on it and nothing, we told them about a spot on the ceiling and they said it nothing. Now I notice around my door frame are big water spits and MOLD GROWING around it and of course the office isn't open on wednesday and No one answers my call I have five kids and ever since we moved in my youngest has been getting sick often. My AC doesn't work right and they never seem to fix it the right way my house doesn't go under 82 degrees not to mention I'm incurring these high bill due to me trying to keep my apt cool. Whatever was under the paint is showing up on my walls instead of replacing light switches they painted over them my kitchen over the stove fan was painted over. Ughhh man I'm so dissapointed.

Concord has been absentee landlords, never acknowledging responsibility for Brookwood Frest in Jacksonville and a dozen other poorly run complexes. ALL THEIR ISSUES ARE ESSILY RESOLVED BY ANSWERING THE PHONE INSTEAD OF HIDING. They bully veterans and the dissbled who they receive tax credits for, then charge tenants over half their dissbility incone in rent. The impetus with absentee landlords are the civil rights violations. There were no handicapped accommodations made. CONCORD DOESNT PUT FACES WITH NAMES SO THERE IS NO HUMAN CONNECTION OR EMPATHY. CONCORFD illegally evicts veterans and the disabled. Concord illregaally changed the Fair Housing Laew. When Concord caused a disabled tenants' injury they failed to report it and showedNO PROOF OF INSURANCE. They try to use the CENTRAL FL Revdex.com to buy silence by having major complaints and multiple complaints about different violations, not published. THEY OVER CHARGE AND HAVE STOLEN MORE THAN ONE OF MY PAYMENTS. Their appliances sre in constsnt disrepair and their stairwells are filthy and dsngerous. They discriminate and have a constant revoloving door of employees to keep up confusion. When their racism was uncovered thru HUD they hired an unqualified person of color. The ovrrbill and took one of my $250 that they ssid they would credit to my acvount but did not. When people say they are leaving, Concord waits to sue them when they are not aware to charge them with legal fees they. CONCORD NEEDS TO ANSWER HUD'S CALLS, AS WELL AS THE CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION, URBAN LEAGUE, NAACP, VETERANS AFFAIRS, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES TO HELP THEM FOSTER PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE TENANTS WHO PAY THEIR SALARIES. I HAVE FAITHFULLY GIVEN THEM AROUND $70,000 SINCE THEY BEEN HERE AND THEY SEND IN A NEW HENCHMAN TO TRY TO HARASSS AND HINDER MY MEDICAL TREATMENTS. THEY SUBMITTED ILLEGIBLE DOCUMENTS TO CONFUSE.
