USA Team Screen, LLC

Work was completed in a workman like manner and on time, however there was no service after the sale. I contacted the company 2 days after the job to have them come back to adjust a door latch, a minor problem, and have yet to even hear back from them (8 days and counting). Also, their contract states that they accept major credit cards, and they do, but they pass their 2% credit card fee on to the customer, which is not noted in the contract and was a surprise to me. This should have been made aware of at the time of the job proposal.
