my computer had been hacked, so I Googled Microsoft for help, and got USA Tech Live, who took over my computer, stole all my passwords and wrecked my
computer. They charged me $299.99 for "lifetime assistance" and left me virtually unable to use my computer. I was able to get in touch with Microsoft who fixed the problem immediately. I had to cancel my credit card, reported this to the FTC as a fraud, and called USA Tech LIve and demanded a refund. They argued and then said they would refund me. I don't know yet if this has happened.
This all happened on Friday, Feb. 7 and 8, 2020.
I just want this business to cease and desist!

We have investigated the issue as mention in the email & subsequently raised the ticket for the refund, please see the attachment for the refund issued to the customer. However, due to the privacy policies none of the passwords or any personal information were recovered or stored because they were encrypted.

I just received a form from them indicating that they are refunding my charge. Thank you for your help.
While I was on my computer an alarm started blaring "panic set in" when a warning popped up on my screen DO NOT SHUT DOWN. Call this # 1-888-303-2555 immediately, claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft. Talked to Cheryl I have been hacked by International sources showing porn & such. They fix problem circling in red several different items. With a lot of pressure and scare tactics I needed to get protective security in the amount of 549.99 lifetime it is imperative! I expressed I was not comfortable with this and I didn't have the money. I'm on a fixed income. I was afraid to not be covered. I was afraid to hang up or shut my computer off, I might loose everything. They assured me they were Revdex.com accredited. I didn't sleep that night and was sick to my stomach realizing I surely was scammed. Thank you RED FACED

We have investigated the issue as mention in the email and we've raised the ticket for the refund. Please see the attachment for the refund issued to the customer on February 7, 2020.
However, we've helped the customer and resolved the issue on February 1, 2020 when customer contacted us for the system security issues. Since she have expressed that she is on fixed income and was unsure about the performance of the product refund was issued.

Falsely claimed to be affiliated with Apple Corporation .... Scammed me for $499.00 .
My IPad stopped working when a "virus detected" warning popped up on the screen . In the warning , it claimed to be from Apple Corporation . It had a phone number . It also warned that I must contact them immediately . I called . They said that I didn't have any security ware because it expired . Believing that it was Apple Corporation I agreed to purchase "lifetime security" for my IPad and 2 IPhones . After I paid , the tech kept telling me over , as we talked , "don't call any other phone number , only call the number I gave you . That made me suspicious . So , I called Apple Corporation. They said that they were aware of this scam . Not affiliated at all ....

Please provide me any transaction receipt or proof of debit.
If customer claims to be our customer. In case they have any business transaction with us, we will be more than happy to refund the funds.

Oh 7/7/2017. I received a message on my computer stating there was a virus and to contact their phone number. Raymond K is the person I spoke to. He said it would be 200 dollars for a 4 yr. protection plan. I agreed to do it. My son let me use his checking account to pay for the services. They had trouble getting it to go through then they switched to his debit card. Three days later I was called and was told the electronic check went through and would be refunded the 198.99 it would be about 10 working days. It has still not in the bank account. I have called them repeatedly and still the money is not been refunded. I am tired of messing with them and I hope you can get the money refunded for the over charge. I have talked to6 different people and they give me the run around, please help me with this matter.
