possibly hit a curb or sharp object or could be a manufacture defectFirst point we explain to him by the cooper warranty coverage" we have to send a tire to the cooper warranty department and then the warranty department analysis a tire and let us know what is wrong with the tire"Mr*** *** also talked to the cooper warranty expert team member and a team member explained to him exact the same way I stated earlier He agreed to file a claim and signed a agreementAfter signing a claim agreement we sent his tire to cooper warranty department and waiting for their replyThe customer is aware that the Cooper tire warranty is a manufacture defect warranty only and does not have any other warranties. Tires direct is doing everything possible to be far to the customerTires direct does not understand why he complain a report to Revdex.com and also agree with us to claim a warranty of the tireHe is fully aware that we are working with cooper tire company to work on solving the issue. I have attached the following documents, shop work order describing how cooper warranty works and that we are working with cooper to handle the issue, Cooper manufacture tire claim paper stating they picked up the tire. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Barely.  I am now engaged in a protracted process to have the terms of the warranty enforced.  What the dealer should do is replace the tire and then settle the issue between themselves and the manufacturer.  The damage to the tire is clearly a defect, not the result of vandalism or driver mishandling.  Since I have no other recourse, I am going along with the dealer's process - for now.While it plays out, there is no further action required by the Revdex.com.  I may contact you again if the tire is not replaced.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This shop has no certified techs. This shop advertises for brakes, Air condition and diagnostic work. Keep in mine this is strictly a tire shop.
I was currently employed at this shop and no I am not complaining about my job with this company but I really do feel that the people of Lincoln should know what kind of shop is in there community. For this is a retirement community.
This shop will not properly diagnose any vehicle. They over charge all customers, and throw parts a vehicles. when I was employed there I seen many customers come back for either bad diagnoses or other problems they currently didn't have.
When I was hired on, they hired me cause I have 13 certs in the automotive industry. They failed to ask if I had a valid DL. They have other employee's who work there that are on house arrest for stealing, now who wants there car worked on by a thief. This shop will rip you off. They do not have certified employees who work here and do not have the proper licensing to do any other work besides tires. When I did work there a vehicle came in for a Check Engine light on and they threw a new o2 sensor at the vehicle and charged the customer over 300 dollars and 2 weeks later the customer came back for the same issue. No safety equipment in this shop what so ever. Customers have waited in the lobby for up to 3 hours for just 2 tires even when they shop was slow. Manager is nice but only to take your money. If brakes need to be done the customers receives no estimate on how much for parts and labor. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WHAT SO EVER. If you choose to take your vehicle to this shop, my suggestion would be to ask for proper licensing and certs form the techs that are there. Also please check that all of your belongings are still in your car.
Complaints are being filed with bureau of automotive repair, Revdex.com and the EPA due to that fact that they are doing AIr Conditioning work illegally.
The owner has 2 locations one in Lincoln and in woodland. The owner and managers only want your money and can careless about there employees and most of all there customers.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
