Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Barely I am now engaged in a protracted process to have the terms of the warranty enforced What the dealer should do is replace the tire and then settle the issue between themselves and the manufacturer The damage to the tire is clearly a defect, not the result of vandalism or driver mishandling Since I have no other recourse, I am going along with the dealer's process - for now.While it plays out, there is no further action required by the Revdex.com I may contact you again if the tire is not replaced Thank you for your attention to this matter
[redacted] BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE [redacted] This shop has no certified techsThis shop advertises for brakes, Air condition and diagnostic workKeep in mine this is strictly a tire shopI was currently employed at this shop and no I am not complaining about my job with this company but I really do feel that the people of Lincoln should know what kind of shop is in there communityFor this is a retirement communityThis shop will not properly diagnose any vehicleThey over charge all customers, and throw parts a vehicleswhen I was employed there I seen many customers come back for either bad diagnoses or other problems they currently didn't haveWhen I was hired on, they hired me cause I have certs in the automotive industryThey failed to ask if I had a valid DLThey have other employee's who work there that are on house arrest for stealing, now who wants there car worked on by a thiefThis shop will rip you offThey do not have certified employees who work here and do not have the proper licensing to do any other work besides tiresWhen I did work there a vehicle came in for a Check Engine light on and they threw a new osensor at the vehicle and charged the customer over dollars and weeks later the customer came back for the same issueNo safety equipment in this shop what so everCustomers have waited in the lobby for up to hours for just tires even when they shop was slowManager is nice but only to take your moneyIf brakes need to be done the customers receives no estimate on how much for parts and laborDO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WHAT SO EVERIf you choose to take your vehicle to this shop, my suggestion would be to ask for proper licensing and certs form the techs that are thereAlso please check that all of your belongings are still in your carComplaints are being filed with bureau of automotive repair, Revdex.com and the EPA due to that fact that they are doing AIr Conditioning work illegallyThe owner has locations one in Lincoln and in woodlandThe owner and managers only want your money and can careless about there employees and most of all there customersDO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
