get the jump box when I return to the vehicle the truck was already open and The Battery area was clear. At First Look I noticed that the positive battery post had been removed from the battery so I suggested I tighten down the battery post in order for us to get good connection, then I proceeded to jump start the vehicle. After the vehicle was jump-started I close the trunk and I noticed that the rear passenger side trunk corner by the rear window was sticking up. I indicated to the member that the rear side trunk was sticking up if she could open the trunk so I can see if there was any obstruction. After the trunk was open I open and rubbed the area where the trunk had been lifted and found no obstructions. After closing the trunk I indicated to the member that the corner was still lifted and she said she didn't know anything about it and it was her boyfriend's car. She didn't even get out of the car to check to see what I was talking about. She made it seem like it wasn't a big deal and that there was no reason to talk about it anymore, so I left. To the best of my memory sincerely [redacted] and her is my statement When Customer called to the office to speak to me, the customer said my driver used a 2x4 to pop open his trunk, I asked him to give me a few minutes so I can get my driver’s side of the story, I spoke to my driver and my driver responded to me in the above statement as you can read... I called the customer back and told them our company does not work such way and /or use such items such as a 2x4, also the customer was not present during service, the customer said his girlfriend said she saw the service driver use the 2x4, as I stated we use proper road side service tools, no such items are being used by USA road side service workers, the customer was never present during vehicle service, as to girlfriend statement to the customer regarding the situation as to my drivers statement is false statement given, no such item for tool purposes has been used as in 2x4, this not a construction business we do not use these unprofessional tools, as we are a professional business here, and we are here to grow and stay a satisfaction business for our customers, we would never jeopardize our business name for such falsely service to our customers, as to using a 2x4 for work, we have our professional tools we use. (We do not use any tools or any of that nature to open a trunk, that's not our job) our goal as a business is professionalism such statement is not right coming from a customer who was never present during the service as to a girlfriend was present. customer also isn't understanding our side of the story and is calling us multiply times yelling and screaming at me and wanting our business insurance, this is not professional and harassing, as to they went through their [redacted] roadside service, the customer needs to understand this, as I keep trying to explain this to the customer, customer needs to contact their insurance. Also, the Customer is changing statements when spoken with me and the statement left on Revdex.com, called said he had 1 witness, then called back and said he has 2 witnesses the story keeps changing, I have told customer not to call back, and to call [redacted] Roadside Service and provide information to them and let their Roadside service to deal this matter with us, their Roadside Service had all my Company insurance Information and can contact me.
