Complaint ID: ***In response to this complaint we would like to offer our own narrative We were called out to repair a shower handle that wouldn’t turn I do not remember the initial call, however, I can assure you no one hung up on her My plumber went out during
inclement weather to repair the faucet When he arrived he found a very old shower He did his best to repair it, but told her it would have to be replaced He charged for exactly the time on the job and the materials used No refund is warranted because we did what we were called out to do and are not at fault for an unrepairable shower handle
