Review: I bought a 230si today. The box was open. Women pointed out stuff from top. Her kid was screaming the whole time I was there. When I got home. I went to get papers out. No papers at all. I purchased it at 2:10. called him at 3:01. He want to email me copies and mail it manual at a later time. I requested a new one with all papers. He will not not answer his phone. Will only text me. On the receipt it stats 29.99 restocking fee. So not understanding why he can't exchange for a new one in box with everything.Desired Settlement: I would like a brand new one still taped. Will all papers. Normally they come with manuals, other papers such as warnings and pairing info to remote.

Review: My son has been to this store 5 times to race cars with his friends and didn't have many issues. It costs $15 to race an RC car for 20 minutes. My son and I rented RC cars to drive on their track today. I was warned up front that if I broke a bumper on the car, I would have to pay for it. After we were done I handed the controller to the owner/worker and a few minutes later he accused me of breaking the controller and charged me $15 to repair it. It worked fine for me the entire time. I believe he did this just to get another $15 after I had already paid $30 for me and my son to race. Also, their prices are very high - seems to me they are just ripping people off left and right. I will never shop there again and can't imagine it will be open much longer if this is how they treat people.Desired Settlement: I want my $15 refunded - wear and tear on his rentals are his responsibility, not mine. I didn't do anything to the remote that would have broken it.
