I did not receive my camera when promisedCanceled my order and was given a refund authorization number from *** and was told in writing in email form that my refund would be processedNEVER received refund
Emailed *** asking about refund and he has done everything possible to stall my refund
Lots of negative feedback and comments across social media and hunting form and blogs about USA trail cam
Still have not received my refund for a camera that I never received

I bought 4 cameras from them and after a week 3 filled up water. He replaced them but the cameras he sent back 1 the flash didn't work and the picture were blurry. 1 would only that a picture then video no matter how it was set and the other camera filled up with water again even though he claims they are water proof. The 4 camera the picture is also blurry. I sent the cameras back a second time on Nov 13. He won't replace or refund the cameras and he won't respond to any of my attempts to contact him. Right now I'm out of $720 dollars and 4 cameras.Product_Or_Service: Trail cameraDesired SettlementI would like a refund of $720 that we paid for the cameras. We have given him several chances to replace the cameras we bought with working cameras.
