Review: On or around the time of September 5, 2013, I had a ceiling fan/light installed at my home in [redacted], MD.Unfortunately, the service was not performed to satisfaction because the bedroom light switch which used work prior to this company's installation, now is no longer operable. I am very disappointed because during the company's last visit to my home which was over 1 week ago, the representative took my wall switch and informed me that he would be back in touch with us in one day, after he speaks to his electrician to find out how this can be remedied. The company has not bothered to contact me again and all of my calls, texts, and emails for a followup have gone unanswered. Initially, I tried to work with this company by leaving messages suggesting a partial refund to help offset the cost I would need to spend to hire another electrician to remedy the issue. The company also performed a painting job for me, which was satisfactory. As another option, I even suggested that perhaps they could credit me for an additional painting or drywall service, since my only issue with them was the installation of the ceiling fan. However, they have still failed to respond to me.At this point, I no longer wish to have this company perform any additional services and would appreciate a partial refund to help offset the cost of having someone else to correct the problem that was created from the unsatisfactory installation. I am not looking for a full refund, as the ceiling fan is up. However, since the light switch now no longer controls the fan/light, this will cost me an additional expense to have an electrician fix the issue.
