This is definitely a scam while using the government agencies to profit. Office including Julie states need more information (even though BPO's were accepted) and responds by stating "no one is in accounting "- then several time stated check is in the mail. This office needs to be reported to the representatives of FANNIE MAE. Definitely a scam!

This business should not be able to operate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was contacted by a fellow realtor to complete 2 exterior Broker price opinions. (Short form appraisal) for $100 each, which was submitted to USA Valuations on time and with no issues. This was back in Jan.2015. In May I had started to follow up with them to find out if a check was mailed to my friends office, and maybe it had been missed. So Janet O[redacted] tells me that I have to fill out invoices for them, which I did and emailed back to her the next day. May 4th 2015. Since then, there has been numerous emails and phone calls to her, and her SO CALLED MANAGER. Each time, they give me the run around as to they "Do not know why I have not been paid" When I ask to speak with their accounting dept, she indicates to me that "Nobody is there" and she "Does not know when they will be in next" Every time I call I get excuses and I am sick of that. Her so called manager does not even have a cell number I can call. Yea, I bet. That place should be shut down.
