Review: After delivering my belongings on January, 2015, USA Van Lines damaged my wall unit (broken glass); damaged my piano (one white key); damaged my chair (broken back rest); broke dish wares; damaged day care chair.

They offered me $51 dollars for all damages (I refuse) which I find to be unreasonable. That is insufficient to fix all the damages.

This action was submitted to me by [redacted] Even though I refuse the unreasonable offer, they have not responded to me. This took place in March, 2015.Desired Settlement: A reasonable refund that I can have my wall unit glass, chair and piano fix - thank you

Review: I hired the moving company to pick up my household goods for delivery from NY to Florida. I hired them at the end of June and agreed to furniture pick up on 7/**/13. They told me it would take 4-5 days to get the delivery in Florida. I actually changed my arrival date in Fl for two days prior and paid $200 more to the JetBlue. Now the company is telling me "too bad you have to wait. The truck broke down; next it was the truck was held up in the Carolina, then they said it was still in Brooklyn (on 8/*) and the more I called to "bother them", the longer they would take to delivery my household. The "boss" told me he was going to hang up on me because of my tone of voice, which I admit was not the normal low key. They refuse to call me back and tell me where my goods are and they will delivery when they want to!!!! I paid 50% down (which turned out to only 33% of the charges. When they did pick up the goods, it was ONE day after they told me, even though I had called almost daily for over a month so I was ready. They totally cheated me saying they actually have 20 days to deliver which was not the deal. When I questioned the man who picked up the goods, he told me to put ASAP in that area so it would go out sooner rather than later. They still refuse to call me and let me know where the truck is at this time.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure they deliver all my things wholly and unbroken after telling me it was moved from truck to warehouse back to truck and still sitting in Brooklyn, NY after 11 days.

At this time, I have not been contacted by USA Van Lines, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I called and was told to file a property loss with [redacted] which took a statement online and never responded since then. Much of my merchandise was damaged, broken or ruined and these people couldn't care any less. They all just lie and hang up on people and play phone tag. I honeslty don't expect to ever hear from them, but I will be relentless in my pursuit of payment for my damaged belongings. They took 20 days to delivery my goods (written in small letters after the signature).
