I was billed for service I did not Receive
I went to the appointment for a scan of my veins and an office visit with the Doctor. I received the scan, and the technician said the doctor was too busy to see me. I waited for 30 minutes and then I had to leave. I was not happy, but medical emergencies happen. I was called with the dates for my treatment by a technician. The doctor never called or explained my treatments to me. Some of the dates did not work for me so I tried to move them, but the technician just told me the days of my appointments. Since she was not interested in my availability, I cancelled all of the appointments. I received a bill for the scan. I am willing to pay the bill for the scan as soon as my medical records are sent to me. I am NOT willing to pay for an office visit that I did not receive. I have not yet received my records (it's been 60 days). And the company is threatening to ruin my credit score.
please think twice before using this company, Customer Service is terrible.

Do not go to usa vain clinic
A friend of mine got a treatment there. But it was call vain of America. But anyway her treatment cost about 4,000 cash . So after they did mine they charge my insurance 17,000.00 one time and 17,900.00 the second time. One thing was that they told me that I was IN network. But I wasn't. They're very bad ! Because they charged my insurance so much after all they actually make a killer amount practically making 3 times more than what they charged my friend. Same treatment because we compared apples to apples. The time I when to the office they charged me $345.00 And like that was not enough they when after me. Taking out of my account $ 400 every 3 days. So they overdraft my card. Left me with no money to even pay my mortgage. This is horrible and depressing . How can a company do things like this. Isn't illegal for a company you used your credit card without your authorization? They're dishonest and greedy they made about 12,000.00 on a treatment that cost 4,000. 00 and still want more. They never showed me or told me how much they were going to charge me. And
I guess I trusted the girl. Because I commented to her what my friend pay and she said" yes more or less " but don't worry we got you! Well they really did. Before this get any worse in asking my lawyer friend what I can do in this case. Please please ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ people don't go there.

ZERO STARS!!!
ZERO STARS! This unprofessional company closed the doors in the Kansas City office and did not bother to call patients! My entire vein process was mapped out from October to December 31, on my 2022 deductible and they pulled the rug out without so much as a phone call or email. AND the people who answer the phone BARELY speak English. Would not take a dog to these folks!

DO NOT GO HERE
Not sure what took place but had procedures done to both my legs in July & August and I have been trying to contact them in Maple Grove MN to ask a simple question and when I call the number I get USA Vein Clinic. The person that answers is foreign and state that they are not able to put you through to anyone and if you have a question you have to make an appointment. I spent thousands of dollars and should be able to ask a simple question without making an appointment. It is all about the MONEY not the patient now. I have called at least 6 times and all foreign nationality, and all said the same thing that I had to make an appointment. It seems they are no longer Vein Clinic of America they are USA Vein Clinic - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT HELP as you cannot get through unless you make an appointment.

USA Vein Clinics Owes Me Money
I have been dealing with this problem since March. I went for my initial visit in February and unbeknownst to me I had been charged $400.00 on my credit card,. After hearing from my insurance company turns out USA Vein Clinics owes me $199.58, because my insurance company has a contract with them and patient part was only $243., I was told by a supervisor I would be receiving a check in the amount of $199. within 3 weeks (haven't seen it), it's past 3 weeks. Also I was charged another $400.00 months later and I canceled all of my appointments after my initial visit. They said it was a glitch in their system and they would void the charge, haven't seen that either. I finally had to dispute the charge and they haven't even answered my credit card. I called yet again after 40 plus calls, also being hung up on, on hold for over 25 minutes and no answer. I am in the process of filing a small claims against them. I suggest if you experience you do the same. I give them a big fat zero, customer service, cleanliness of clinic, everything!

Wish I something more positive to say but the billing office is extrememly difficult to get in touch with and they had lost connection with me several times and never returned my call. The office is disorganized and the doctor seems unsure of himself. He did not even know how to put my stocking on and ask me to do it myself. He did appologize for the blood left on the table from my vein which was a little unsettling. I had to ask how long I should ware my stocking after treatment. I have previously been with the Circulatory Center for 25 years and had never experience this. Thank you,

Don't waste your money in this place, treatment doesn't work
I gave one star because I can't give it zero, don't go to this place, t is expensive and treatment doesn't work, I called them to have a follow up, and because the changed Doctors, I was told I need it to pay $250 for my follow up, like I my fault that they changed Doctors, horrible place, they are very annoying with machines phone calls and messages, and you cannot deal directly with the clinic that you are having the treatment with, everything has to be deal through a corporation. Please, save the headache don't go to this place, go somewhere else where they don't just take your money.

Horrible customer service with the billing department
Customer service is horrible. I called on several occasions to make a payment over the phone. I was transferred multiple times and each time the call dropped and I had to call back again only for the call to drop again. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I asked to speak with management and was denied the ability to do so. Asked several times if there was a website I could make the payment and denied That information also. I was finally told someone would call me to assist with a payment and never received the called. This company is extremely difficult to do business with. I would NEVER recommend them

Review: I had the problem with my leg. Before I made an appointment to see doctor at USA Vein Clinics I asked company representative if doctor accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield (ID #[redacted]) medical insurance. Next day representative called me back with confirmation that one of their doctors is in-network with my insurance and scheduled an appointment to him. According to my insurance policy I paid $25 co-pay and service was performed on 12/**/2014. At the end of January 2015 I received statement from my insurance company (claim #[redacted]) about my responsibility to pay $830 co-payment because the doctor (who I was told accept my insurance) was out-of-network. Since then I spoke with USA Vein Clinics billing department's representative (her name is [redacted]) twice but she told me they can do nothing in order to help me and I have to pay bill. She gave me no explanation why it happened. Two days ago I received bill from [redacted] (tel ####-###-####) with some adjustment but with my resposibility to pay balance of $343.96 anyway. I can not afford to pay such huge amount of money because of somebody's mistake. Please help me.Desired Settlement: Whoever made such a big mistake must pay bill in full.
