USA Water & Fire Restoration Reviews (15)

The customer stopped payment on the check and we have not pursued collection in good faithWere very sorry for the inconvenience

We have received superior work from USA Water and Fire Restoration Ronnie [redacted] project manager and his crew were excellent Thanks to them our newly renovated basement was put back into pristine shape in no time Ronnie kept on top of it and made sure the finishing touches were madeThey protected the floors, carpet and furniture during the restoration

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The thought that I should pay anything for a job that was NEVER completed to a contractor is absolutely absurd First, the company tried to LIE and state that there were different leaks each time that he came out for the times This is truly hurting their credibility which will surly help me in court Now, suddenly, there is an admission of fault and there is a refund being offered The company is fully aware that the plumber that came out never completed the job and this is the only reason why they would be willing to refund anything.I refuse to be scammed out of $additional dollars When hiring a company to come out and complete a job, that is exactly what the payment is made for, completion When the plumber realized he was in over his head he should have had someone else come from the company OR decline the job so I can have someone who is qualified Rafael was very nice and I am sure he is a fine plumber in other situations, however, working with radiant heat lines is not something he was familiar with I do realize that he spent his time TRYING, however that is not my problem I paid for a completed job and did not receive it Unfortunately, the company is required to pay THIER employee for their time when they are unable to complete the required task This inability to complete the task should have been evident to Rafael very early as he kept asking us questions about how the system worked We had just bought the building so we had to even call the previous owner of the building (also a plumber) to ask Then, he still could not fix it on his own, so he made multiple phone calls to different people as well as had to have a friend come by to also help He did not know how to completely drain the water and therefore could not weld the pipe which led to the leak NEVER stopping. So, we will see you in court! Sincerely, Elizabeth [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, Matt W***

We had a mold issue and were not sure what to do about it, The team at USA Fire and Water Restoration quickly and politely assessed the task and removed the mold from our basement and throughout our homeThey did the job in a matter of days and were not noticeable, did not leave a mess, and made the basement look brand new againIm happy I hired them and will hire them again in the future for all the services that they offerThank you!

Great experienceFixed my flooded ranch and they worked with my insuranceReally easyThank you

We had a roof leak which damaged our dining room ceiling. USA was prompt in removing the drywall and mold and tarping the roof. We needed a new roof and they worked with the insurance company to ensure we got the best result. It happened right before Christmas so we were concerned about the holiday. Ron did a great job completing the project in a timely manner, so we could enjoy our holiday. At Christmas dinner, it looked like nothing has ever happened in the dining room.

Although we do apologize for the sump pump failing, USA can replace another pump but there is a costWe can not say whey the pump failed after days but due to the heavy rains that we received the sump pumps were unable to keep up and were overworkedThis at no way falls on USA's faultI would be happy to send someone out to replace the sump pump, however there is a costWe install [redacted] and that is what would be installed againThe manufacture has a year warrantyI can not offer a refund for something that was not our negligence

USA Water and Fire did complete the mitigation for the homeowner, however the homeowner claims we did not spray anti-microbial which was removed from our estimate and credited back to the homeownerAs far as the repairs, the homeowner was under insured for water damage and there was never a signed nor agreed repair agreement priceHowever, a representative & contractor did meet with the homeowner and offered to get the repairs underway and work throughout the weekendThe homeowner declined our services, asked for a final revised estimate which was e-mailed to her and stated she would hire her own contractorOn 8/15/we received a check for the final payment

I called them to have water damage repairedVery quick and prompt repairThey were in and out within daysThey also gave me the best quote in the area

Very hard working individuals

In response to the above complaint the customer failed to inform you that when we came out to their property on multiple occurrences there were leaks hidden underneath the floorThere was a different leak each time our technician came out and that is why will we not refund the money

I had 9" inches of water in my finished basement...this company was out the next day pulling everything out..carpet, drywall, anything that was wet..had EVERYTHING out in one day..treated the basement They put LARGE dehumd's & blowers throughout the entire basement, so I would not get any mold This company was wonderful...the crew were the nicest people to work with The work they did was great! They all did a beautiful job restoring my downstairs I recommend this company and I have recommended this company to my insurance company & my mortgage company They were very honest with me on everything....You will not regret the service you receive from this company and their employees

I would definitely recommend anyone who has fire or water damage in chicagoland area to call themVery quick, courteous, and professionalAll the employees that came to my house had very good work ethic, manners, and cleanliness
