Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/08/03) */ Mrs [redacted] made an apt to have her water tested on July 27th Monday We went out and performed a water test on her whole house water filtration system, The system tested fine [redacted] initially had some concerns about water spotting and some alkaline buildup on the faucets, ***'s plumber had told her that our water system was no good and wanted to sell her a system that he buys, this raised some concern with Mrs [redacted] I think after the water test she feels a lot more comfortable Please let us know how we can help further

I elected to rescind my contract within the three daysI notified *** *** via email and by fax on October 15, I have called, emailed, left messages etcI was told the check was in the mail twice, that he was on his way twice to hand deliver and now we are back to not returning phone callsVery disappointed

I have called and called, with no call backs to have this system serviced I cannot get them to respond I have hard water deposits on pots, pans and tea kettle Also on dishwasher I also e mailed the company with no response Now what?

Horrible, non-existent customer serviceThis company installs the water filtration system and then you are on your ownI called and texted several times to schedule serviceThey miss appointments and then never return callsThis was a total waste of moneySo disappointing!

we have had the same experience another has mentioned..just terrible communications and no follow up, and then repeated no shows even once a service date has been scheduledproduct might be good but I would NOT recommend ever working with this guy

We bought a no salt water system that does not work any where close to what was advertised and promised by the company We have called for over week to ask them to come out and see how bad our dishes are (white film) and the scaling now being produced in the showers We have not had return phone call after separate attempts and voice mails left

Steve has a water filtration system, not a water softener and this was explained to him at the time. And we have returned his calls and have phone records of this, we also have returned his calls and have not heard back from him for several days at a time . We did attempt to come out, and nobody was...

home at the time. And he is stated in phone conversation that he has been sending multiple text messages and we have not replied, we do not have text messaging capability .

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is inaccurate to details.I never provided them the wrong business address.  Why would I? They took it upon themselves to mail it to my business address.  The check never arrived to that address.  Giving him thebefit of the doubt, I waited 5 business days, I called again and asked them to mail it to my home address, the address that was on the invoice and where he met me to sign the contract. That request was made the first week of November. After waiting several weeks for that check, I called again and requested to have the check hand delivered.  [redacted] was to deliver the check on Friday, Dec 8 prior to my complaint being issued.  At approximately 6:30pm, he called to say he was stuck in traffic and asked if he could bring it on Monday, the 11th.  I told him no, I would be in surgery that day and we agreed he would bring it on Saturday the 9th.  When he did not bring it on Saturday, I called him and left a voicemail that evening.  The morning of the 11th, he left a voicemail feigning a miscommunication and that he had agreed to the 11th.  Clearly, I would never agree to the 11th when I had surgery on that day. In conclusion, I have called, emailed and left messsages for [redacted] over 8times. For this to be a business, they are never in the office and you are stuck leaving messages. My husband came home the afternoon of the 11th around 1pm, and just happen to pull into our home right after [redacted] pulled into our driveway.  He gave my husband a cashiers check dated the 11th. So, I guess he was never planning to meet me on the 9th, even if traffic was clear.

To whom it may concern , [redacted] had provided the wrong mailing address when we initially  mailed her refund of her deposit, when she did not receive the deposit we had issued another check going to the same address, once she had realized that the mailing address was wrong, we hand...

delivered her a check for her deposit on the same day she filed the complaint initially. [redacted] has received her deposit and this was taken care of the same day that she had filed her complaint .
