Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me USA waterproofing did contact me on Thursday and Friday morning they sent works to my home and they did fix my problem and when it rained on Saturday my basement was dry so I am very pleased with how they handled it, thank you for your help
