USA wireless has responded and offered a deal but Direct TV took funds out of my bank account without my permission causing havoc for this month so I am done with it all.
If USA wireless would have worked with me and tried to solve the problem before it got to you I would have taken them up on their offer. So it's done and over I don't want to have any dealings with Direct Tv ever again.

Once again we spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and apologizes for the situation that happened. We refunded her the $51.00 as she requested and offer her DirecTV service and equipment free of charge for one year. That would be over $400.00 savings to her. She declined the offer. That offer stands anytime she would like to take us up on it. I am sorry we could not come to a agreement.
