I am rejecting this response because:I had this discussion with USAA before through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau(CFPB) Case number: *** on February 16, In that case USAA acknowledged the account was out of the statue of limitations and was required to me for the debt to avoid being find by the CFPB for violating the FDCPA Will USAA authorize me to disclose that case to the Revdex.com so they can see what the CFPB did?Why does USAA understand the TX statue of limitations when dealing with the CFPB but not with the Revdex.com? Does this discussion need to be handled by the TX OAG as well so they can clarify the TX FDCPA which states the statue of limitations is years and USAA is now out of that period?

The fact that USAA allowed any transaction to take place, much less one of that size, without informing, me is unethicalWhy was there no red flag or alertWhy was I NEVER contactedMy email and phone number has not changed.
