I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

USACorp can say anything they want. It does not proof anything. Why they fell so offended, they paid the publication with my money!! I have all the right to know if they did the payment. Why should I believe what they said?  If they say they paid what is the problem in  providing a receipt of publication? I never ask for how much you paid for publication or how much profit you made. This company talks and talks but never provide exact dates. You took more than a month to start the publication. When are they going to send me the copy of affidavits? this company has serious problems to provide datesYour excuses are not acceptable. [redacted]

Dear [redacted], RE: [redacted] I would like to begin by saying that our company USACORP has been in business for well over a decade and we have already published tens of thousands of New York LLCs. We are proud to have been able to satisfy ALL of our clients during this time. We...

pride ourselves on extending the greatest service possible to all of our clients, which is why this would be the first time that we have a client complaining about our service. In regards to your concern on not receiving proof of publication for [redacted], we actually have sent you numerous confirmations via email AND mail that your LLC – [redacted] – is being published in accordance with the NYS LLC Publishing Law. Your request for proof of USACORP’s payment to the newspapers is quite a strange request considering we have already provided you with the following: ·         A paid invoice from our company ·         A legal document confirming the publication has been initiated ·         The names of both newspapers the notice is being published in ·         The exact dates the notices are publishing in those newspapers ·         The exact text of the legal notice ·         Firm deadlines for when the publishing process will be completed Upon placing your order, we informed you in WRITING of all the documents you were to receive from USACORP upon servicing your entity. Therefore, waking up one day with the strange request of proof of payment to the newspapers is as outrageous as asking Verizon for proof that they paid their own electricity bill, and is not something we are committed or able to accommodate you with. To be more specific [redacted], we are unfortunately unable to supply you with a paid invoice from the newspapers as we are on a billing system with them, and we get billed for hundreds of entities at once. [redacted], you have sent us many requests to double and triple check that we are publishing your entity, and we replied to each and every one of them (8.*.2016 – 9.*.2016 – 9.*.2016 – 9.**.2016 and several phone conversations). However all of our confirmations were not enough to ease your concerns, and so we recommended that you obtain a copy of the widely-distributed newspapers that [redacted] was published in so that you can see the legal notice for yourself. We also repeatedly provided you with all the necessary details to find the legal notice being published (newspaper names, dates of publication and exact legal notice text). We find it necessary to mention that throughout the ordering process as well as the publishing process, you have complained numerous times about the need to publish and why this law was created. However, we did not establish this law – we are merely here to ease the process for you, our valued client. Our company simply assists business owners in handling the process of complying with these laws and regulations as easily and affordably as possible. Being upset about the NYS LLC Publishing Law is no reason to continuously complain throughout the entire process. We are confident that we have given you the highest level of service, professionalism and accuracy available in the entire industry. Once [redacted] has completed its publishing run, we will obtain official affidavits from the newspapers and file them with the Department of State. You will receive the affidavits and filing receipt via mail after they have been filed.
