Review: I was informed that an application that was made in my name in 2007 for a otherwise completely free greencrad lottery has been continuing by this company for the last 8 years. They have inaccurate information about me (after the year 2007), and I was not reached or checked to correct the information until 2013 (6 years later). I immediately taught it was a scam call since this was a call made from an unknown number to me and asking for personal information. Upon checking my records I remembered such a thing that was gifted to me 6 years earlier, and contacted them asking immediate discontinuity of their services. At this time they told me they have already filed another application in my name with the inaccurate information they have, however they can not possibly provide me ANY information (including any application number, which is the only end result of their service) about the application until three months later!! So I have zero evidence they did what they claim to have done. They have charged for this service for ten years an extraordinarily high amount of money. The service they provide (if they provide it) is filling a form that an 6-year old can, in two seconds and they can not even show proof of it! This is outrageous. It is also quite a big problem because if I want to apply myself with accurate information (and ignore they save my personal information and get paid for a service I do not want), I will be doing something illegal.Desired Settlement: I need a written statement showing all the years they claim they have applied in my name, and relevant application numbers including this year DV-2015. I also want a written statement saying they completely erased my personal information and will never under any circumstance store/sell or use it for any purpose.

Review: Two months ago, USAFIS made a business transaction with me of their service over the phone, which I duly cancelled over the phone within the next business day.

When I was on the phone cancelling the above mentioned transaction with one of their representatives, he asked for information why I wanted to cancel it.

After stating my reasons for cancelling the transactions, the customer rep said he will go ahead and cancel my transaction, and that his manager will call me back for more information.

The confirmation was vague, with no email or written confirmation, and I had to call my credit card company to make sure that the transaction did not go through.

But a few days later from thereon, I had to dispute for the transaction with the company which they failed to cancel.

As the dispute process took a while, I was thinking that it was settled.

However, I received a call from my credit card company today saying that USAFIS has provided materials that will ensure that our dispute process continues.

The material is a delivery proof of a merchandise USAFIS sent me after I canceled our transaction. I did not receive the merchandise or whatsoever even though the delivery proof said otherwise.

USAFIS also said that they have all the information for completing the transaction, which they used to support their dispute. However, those information were provided when I bought their earlier service (not this one).

Due to all the transactions and cancellation being processed over the phone, with no solid proofs ( e.g. email confirmation), I found myself being put at a very disadvantageous position. I do keep a record of my calling log with them, but it is only for the duration of call but not the actual conversation we had.

It is also noted that the transaction was completed at Europe regional time, and the money transactions converted from EUROS to USD (even though the company is said to be in US), which makes me suspicious of where they really operate.Desired Settlement: I am politely requesting USAFIS to drop the charge against me.

Review: Hi my issue with this company is that they call me about green and they that I get her just they need to take my details so give them unfortunately with my visa card details. I receive invoice that they charge me 650 euros for that service.Next day I send email about immediately canceletion of my deal with them. They call me back and told me that they could give me only 40% of that price but am looking for full refund. its any chance that I will receive full refund from them. Please check my case and let me know Your finding.

Review: I have purchased a subscription for green card lottery, which cost me more than 800 euro and usafis.com told me that this subscription is for 10 years. I took a loan so I can pay them, those 800+ euro. I live in Bulgaria and 800 euro is like 1600 leva. Anyway I payed them. Then, after a year I think, I decided to ask them what will happen if I cancel my subscription and if I can take my money back. They responded saying that I can cancel from the lottery, but I can not get my money back. Then I responded to them and told them not to cancel it, so I can be in the lottery and who knows, maybe my luck will smile on me in the future. As you may know, this lottery thing is a slow process, and I have been waiting for the new selection period maybe a year, and when I tryed to enter in my account at usafis.com, well I was not able to. Then I have contacded the usafis support and they told me that my account has been cancelled! Later on I contacted them again, asking them to fix this or refund at least half of the money that I've paid, because I'm still payng to my bank those money! Since then there is no responce. I have patiently waiting for days, then contacted them again and still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to take my money back.

Sincerely,

Review: on 6/*/14, a telemarketer told me at about midnight singapore time that I could have a green card for us$410/. it was midnight and I could not question but jumped at the opportunity of promise of a green card.

at no time did she mentioned the word 'LOTTERY'. im not a gambler and I thought I was getting the greencard thru a legal means. only wen the confirmation was sent to me did I realise it is a lottery.

I called my credit card in the morning ar 10am to raise a dispute because I have been missold. I also wrote to them to cancel and refund.

my credit card could not help me and usafis sent me a form. however im reluctant to fill the form because their terms and condition is that their decision is final and

im afraid its just another way of refusing a refund

.it is also strange when I found out from another website that they are charging us$55/- when they charged me $410/-

I did not complete all the partculars, but somehow they said that the lottery is thru.

im deceived and I wish to get a refund, even if it is us$355/-Desired Settlement: please move them to refund into my credit card
