By requirements of the United States Postal Service any mailbox user in the US must fill out and have notarized a Form 1583.  The customer was notified that his subscription was not accepted within one day of signing up with USAMail1.  If within that time the customer got his form notarized, he can send us the receipt from the notary as well as the notary’s name and number.  We will refund him for the $10 notary service fee.

Review: Just had a horror experience with USAMail1 mail forwarder located in [redacted]. Absolutely non-existent customer service; offensive. First they rejected my credit card, which is in perfect standing. I had to call my bank to ascertain that my credit was safe because USAMail1 will not explain to you why they reject you after making you wait. So if you are in a hurry to set up an account and have your mail forwarded, good luck! with this company. They made me reapply and pay with Paypal. My new account still not approved after 24 hours. Called their so called 'customer service' because they do not respond to my emails and told me that my application was still being reviewed after I spend money to notarize the required forms. Also you have to submit to them your passport and DL copies. God knows what will happen to those important documents in their hands. I wrote an email to them complaining of the situation (take in to account this is a $10 per month service) so they closed my second account with no apology, no email, no phone call of any kind. I have never experienced treatment like this from a business. Just awful people. I am afraid of what will happen to my signed docs, passport and DL copies. They refuse to explain the situation so that a customer is aware of why he is being rejected or why their review process takes so long as if were applying to a government job. I was in need to secure mail forwarding services because I will be traveling abroad next week. No concern on their part. Also I spent $10 to notarize USPS form [redacted], which is useless now.Desired Settlement: I request explanation of their actions; the basis for their decision to reject my credit card; explanation why my account was "under review". I was accepted in 5 minutes by another mail forwarded. I spent $10 to notarize USPS form 1583. I want reimbursement for that and I request the $9.99 I paid them through Paypal. I will not close this case unless these conditions are met: Apology by one of their principals; refund of the $9.99 I submitted through Paypal and $10 reimbursement for notary services.
